The capacity of the Frozen Meat Grinder, depending on hole plate used, is up to kg/h of frozen meat blocks of maximum size of 0 x 500 x 200 mm. Mincing of warmer material through hole plates of 3 mm is possible. Frozen meat blocks are reduced to suitable pieces for further processing.
