3 FRISOLab Overvew Personal buldng automaton wth FRISOLab Safety means more comfort the ntellgent, energy-savng buldng wth FRISOLab FRISO has been manufacturng alarm unts for the safe operaton of tank facltes and heatng systems for more than 60 years. So far, alarms were manly sgnalled drectly on ste. Transferrng alarm messages to buldng control systems was possble, but t nvolved consderable effort. The wreless transmsson standard EnOcean, avalable for domestc technology snce 2003, breaks new ground for a completely dfferent approach to buldng automaton. The transmsson protocol allows a whole range of dfferent products to be networked on the bass of EnOcean wreless. Ths technologcal mlestone breaks new ground for buldng automaton not only n new buldngs reasonably prced ntellgent networkng becomes possble n exstng buldngs. Products wth an EnOcean wreless module do not requre cable connectons to a buldng control centre and can be used almost anywhere n buldngs due to ther compact desgn. Manufacturers from a great varety of areas have teamed up n the EnOcean llance and offer a large range of products. Wth the Smart Buldng System FRISOLab, FRISO has developed a portfolo of outstandng sensors and alarm unts for relable leakage protecton (for example, water/ol) as well as devces for controllng heatng systems n an economcal way. FRISOLab products are cost-effectve, relable and practcal. Even for end customers, there are no more barrers to entry nto the networked world of customsed, modularly extensble buldng automaton and securty systems.
