1 TENDER NOTICE Sealed Tender offers are invited for supply, installation & commissioning of Fire Hydrant System at our Gokul Dairy Project Complex at Gokul Shirgaon Kolhapur. Only contractors having valid Licence issued by Director of Maharashtra Fire Services, Mumbai are eligible to submit Tender offer. Tender details including details of material/equipment required for fire hydrant system, scope of work and Terms & Conditions of Tender are available at our Gokul Shirgaon office from during office hours. Tender details are also availabe on our web site Sealed Tender offers duly marked as " Tender for Hydrant System" alongwith D/D towards EMD of Rs. 50,000/- should be submitted at our head office at Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur on or before Right to accept or reject any or all Tenders is reserved. 3 KOLHAPUR ZILLA SAHAKARI DUDH UTPADAK SANGH LTD., KOLHAPUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TENDER ( FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM TENDER). Tenderer must be a Licensed contractor having Licence issued by Director of Maharashtra Fire Services, Mumbai. Copy of valid Licence should be attached with the Tender. 2. This contract will be a Turn Key Job. Final NOC is to be arranged by contractor. 3. Tender offer is to be given on the Letter head of the Tenderer in the precribed format given by us. 4. Tenderers may visit the site to get idea about this work before sumitting their Tender offer. 5. Material details their specifications and quantities of required material for Fire Hydrant System are given the Tender documents. Rate offered should be inclusive of GST and transport charges. 6. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is to be given alongwith the Tender by D/D issued in the name of Kolhapur Zilla Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh Ltd., Kolhapur. Tender without EMD will not be considered. 7. Payment - a) 40% amount of total contract price will be given as an advance against Bank Guarantee of equivalent amount. b) Remaining payment will be released after satisfactory installation and succesful trials of Hydrant System within one month. This payment will be released only after getting NOC from concerned Goverment authority. 8. This would be a ' Turn Key Job', Supply of required equipment / material, installation and commissioning of Hydrant System in specified areas is the scope of work. Obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Fire department is in the scope of contractor.
