1 ~ LARCENY - 10/1/2009-5/3/ HRS ~The executive director for Bethany Church of God~ located at Clinton River Road near M-53, reported that between the above times, person(s) unknown stole the copper sprinkler valve assembly by cutting it off the building. The grounds keeper discovered the theft when he turned on the sprinklers. LARCENY FROM BUILDING HRS HRS. ~An employee of St. Nativity of the Virgin~ Ryan Road~ north of 19 Mile 'Road, reported that the copper sprinkler valve had been cut off of the north side of the church some time over the Winter. LARCENY - 2/1/10-5/15/ HRS An employee of Sterling Lakes Apartments~ located near 14 Mile and reported that between the above times, person(s) unknown stole two copper pipe and two sprinkler water regulators from the buildings. Schoenherr, sections of. LARCENY - 4/24/10-4/27/ HRS ~The president of the Greensborough Condo Association, located on the \Jl}block of Joyce near 16 Y, Mile and Van Dyke, reported that between the above times, person(s) unknown stole the copper sprinkler control valve off the side of one of the buildings. LARCENY - 4/29/10-5/6/ HRS ~ne of the owners of Hayse & Paliaroli, located at Ryan (~oad and 15 Mile Road, reported that between the above times, stole the copper bell housing from the sprinkler system. The above the area was broken out. between 14 Mile person(s) unknown security light LARCENY - 5/14/ HRS ~ The manager of Key Safety Systems, located at Mile Road, reported that ~at about the above time, person (s) unknown stole copper electrical wiring from three outside parking lot lights on the west side of the business. It was observed that the lights were not working. When the electrician was working on the lights it was discovered that the wiring was missing. ~DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY HRS HRS ~The building manager of Automated Benefit Services located on the 8200 block of Irving, near 15 Mile and Van Dyke, reported that between the listed times, person(s) unknown attempted to cut the copper piping from the sprinkler system's backflow valve. The suspect(s) were unsuccessful in cutting through the piping. ARCENY HRS HRS... n employee.of Trans PAC, 6515 Cobb Drive, located off of Moun~ ~oad, between. 15 and 16 Mlle Roads, reported that someone stole the copper p1p1ng from the building's sprinkler backflow valve. 2 LARCENY FROM BUILDING HRS HRS. An employee of 7 Eleven, Van Dyke, located between 17 and 18 Mile Roads, reported that some time in the past 5 days, someone cut the copper sprinkler valve off the rear of the building. The sprinkling system had been used this season, however due to the recent rains, they haven't been turned on over the past 5 days. It appears a saw was used to cut the pipe. ~ LARCENY FROM BUILDING HRS. ~An employee of Luckmar Group, and Stanley Drive, located in the 15 Mile and Mound area, reported he discovered that the copper sprinkler systems had been stolen off of two different buildings belonging to the same company. Unknown when the thefts actually occurred. LARCENY HRS HRS. A foreman of Ecker Mechanical, a company that has been contracted to perform work at Schuchard Elementary School, 2900 Holly, located in the 17 Mile Road and Dequindre area, reported that 600 feet of copper lead had been stolen from the worksite. The foreman states that he locked the welding machine and the copper lead in a gated dumpster area of the school. When he arrived at the school the following day, he found the copper missing. The lead is estimated at approximately $3000. BREAKING & ENTERING HRS HRS. The manager of a business in the 7000 block of 15 Mile Road, west of Van Dyke, reported he found that a railroad car access door was being held open with plastic packing crates. He states that door hasn't been used in years and should not have been opened. Upon checking inside, he found that approximately 60' of an electrical carrier, which runs along the ceiling, was missing. The electrical carrier has a large amount of copper and aluminum inside of it. ~ BREAKING & ENTERING HRS HRS. ~ The president of a Sterling Heights business reported that the company purchased property in the block of Mound Road, south of 18 Mile Road, that has been under renovation for several weeks. Sometime over the weekend of November 20th someone entered an unlocked door of the building and removed 80 feet of copper duct. The ducts provide electricity to the shop floor and are usually mounted overhead, however they had been taken down to the floor level for painting. None of the aluminum ducts were taken, only the ones containing copper. BREAKING & ENTERING HRS HRS. A realtor showing a client a foreclosed home in the 4000 block of Surrey Drive, located in the Mound and 15 Mile Road area, reported that the garbage disposal and copper pipes had been stolen. The realtor stated that the house had been winterized on January 5th, at which time the pipes and disposal were installed. There is a lock box installed on the residence, and there are no signs of forced entry. Page 2 of 5

3 LARCENY HRS HRS. ~he manager of State Farm, Mile Road, east of Dequindre, reported that the lawn sprinkler unit and copper piping had been stolen from the east side of the building. The estimated value of the system is approximately $500. LARCENY HRS HRS. ~An employee of Treasure Homes out of Eastpointe reported he discovered that the ~ copper plumbing had been stolen out of the basement of one of their properties in ~he block of Crissman Court, located in the 19 Mile and Mound area. - LARCENY HRS. ~The manager of a storage facility in the block of Van Dyke, north of 14 ~Mile Road, reported that she was awakened by the sound of Csawing'. The manager has an apartment in the upper level of the business. She looked out the window and observed a subject removing the copper piping from the sprinkler backflow valve on the north side of the building. The suspect looked up and observed the manager watching him. He threw the piping into the trunk of his car and backed up out of the parking lot so his license plate could not be observed. ~ARCENY FROM GROUNDS HRS. The owner of the Polo Circle complex, located in the 19 Mile and Schoenherr area, reported that someone cut the copper piping to the sprinkler system on two buildings. A resident of one of the buildings stated he heard some noise a little after midnight. ~ARCENY HRS HRS ~n employee of Standard Components, located at Phoenix, near 19 X Mile and Utica, reported that someone stole the copper backflow valve from the building. ~ARCENY HRS HRS. An employee nf a business in the block of Phoenix Drive, located in the Van Dyke and M-59 area, reported that someone stole the copper piping and control valve apparatus of the sprinkler system from the side of the building. The sprinkler system has not been checked in a long while and it is unknown when the piping was stolen. ~LARCENY HRS HRS. An employee of a business in the block of Beattie, located in the 15 Mile and Mound Road area, reported that someone stole the copper sprinkler system from the south side of the building. ~ARCENY HRS e8ee HRS. ~he manager of 4M Collision, located in the 15 Mile and Ryan area, reported that someone stole the copper from the sprinkler system that was attached to Page 3 of 5

The manager o~ Photo Gage Tools~ located in the 15 Mile and Van Dyke area~ reported that someone stole the copper ~rom the sprinkler system that was attached to the ~ront o~ the building. ~LARCENY HRS HRS. ~An employee o~ Forced Air Systems~ Yearego Drive~ located in the 18.5 Mile Road and Van Dyke area, reported that someone cut the vacuum breaker ~rom the sprinkler system, and stole the breaker and copper piping. ~LARCENY HRS HRS An employee o~ Angus Elementary School~ located in the Ryan and 14 Mile Road area~ reported that someone had cut and stolen the copper irrigation control valve ~rom the building. ~BREAKING & ENTERING HRS. ~The owners o~ a home in the 3000 block o~ Smith Court, located in the 15 Mile and Ryan area~ reported they received a call ~rom the realtor advising them that someone removed all the copper piping ~rom the residence. The house has been vacant ~or approximately one week, and is up ~or sale. Entry appears to have been made through a pried side garage entry door. A parent o~ the owners responded to board up the door. ~LARCENY HRS e-11 e8ee HRS. ~A realtor tasked with selling a home that is in ~oreclosure in the block o~ Joslyn Drive, located in the 15 Mile and Maple Lane area, reported that someone stole the copper tubing ~rom the basement o~ the home. ~LARCENY BET & 1658 HRS.. ~~A realtor charged with selling a vacant home in the 12eee block o~ Greenway Drive, located in the Dodge Park and 16 Mile Road area, reported that someone stole all o~ the copper plumbing. There were no signs of ~orced entry to the home. ~REAKING & ENTERING HRS HRS. A real estate agent reported that someone stole approximately 35' o~ copper piping ~rom the basement o~ a ~oreclosed home in the 3600e block o~ Cli~~ord Drive, located in the 16 Mile and Dodge Park Road area. There were no signs o~ forced entry, however the realtor noticed that the key was missing ~rom the lock box. ~EAKING & ENTERING HRS HRS. ~ supervisor of a property management company reported that a house in ~oreclosure in the block of Mustang Drive, located in the Dodge Park and 15 Mile Road area, had the copper piping stolen ~rom the basement. There were no signs of forced entryj and it is believed entry was gained by accessing the lock box. ~LARCENY HRS HRS. '~ )A realtor reported that someone cut away the copper pipe from the water heater in a vacant house he is trying to sell in the 4799 block of Pickwick DriveJ near 16 Mile and Ryan.
