15 PEDESTRIAN PRIORITY ZONE All areas near the future Transit Centre and LRT Station require enhanced pedestrian infrastructure, including improved crosswalks, curb extensions, signals, and wide sidewalks.
16 ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK Major streets on-site will require designated bicycle lanes. Pedestrians are prioritized with wider sidewalks, and some upgraded facilities off-site as a requirement of development.
