HVaC Tech Training Napoleon HVAC recently held a tech training session with Mark Robinet and Mike Cantin in Calgary at Diamond Fireplaces (Napoleon HVAC Distribution) on September 1st. Another session was held at Gemco Fireplaces and Wholesale Htg Products (Napoleon HVAC Distribution) on September 2nd. Both locations were very well attended with great feedback and interaction from many current and new Napoleon HVAC dealers/contractors. 4

Energy Dynamics has been in business since 1995 and offers over 88 years of combined expertise and service in the town of Carthage South Dakota. They have a very strong customer base in North & South Dakota, Montana, Nebraska and western Minnesota. They are stocking our equipment and parts in their facility that is more than 12,000 sq. ft. and growing. In 2011 they moved to their current location in Ayr, Ontario which is centrally located allowing them to service most of Southwestern Ontario. Advertising Consider an online or advertising blitz for furnace maintenance starting at the end of January and running through February. Most companies traditionally market their maintenance in the early fall, though February is a great month to target, as consumers are more aware of their equipment due to the frequency of its operation as well as their energy bills. A maintenance promotion will assist in getting your tech into their homes, opening the opportunity for the added sale of a PMA (preventative maintenance agreement), indoor air quality product or even a new Napoleon furnace. Financing is also a strong tool, especially this time of the year as consumers are still recovering from the holidays, budgeting for a warm weather getaway or anticipating their income tax refund for those who are so lucky.
