The setting and operation order can be send to the main board through the wired controller and the running condition can be displayed by the wired controller. KJR-0A/MBE is a new generation wired controller used in the 0kW with low temp. cooling and kw digital scroll module with the new function of temperature difference setting, checking points and remote control function displaying etc. The wired controller KJR-0A/MBE is functional design to effectively promote controlability to meet customer s requirements.the new wired controller KJR-0A/MBE will replace the KJR-0B/BE, the KJR-0B/BE will not apply for the new module. The wired controller added new function as follow: The capacity adjusting action of regress differential temperature is adjustable. The adjustable range is,,, C ( C is default). Real time clock control. Malfunction manual reset. Point check parameter. Remote control remind function. Network control system SYSTEM INTRODUCTION This system is mainly composed by Epistatic Unit (network control system of epistatic unit), KJR-0B wired controller as well as sub-module. Each Epistatic Unit connects with a bus via serial port; mostly set of KJR-0B wired controller could be connected with a bus, while each wired controller could be under connected with mostly sets of Heat Pump Air Chilling module (i.e. mostly sets of Heat Pump Air Chilling module could be connected in this system). The Chiller Controller continuously performs important self-diagnostic checks while monitoring system temperatures, pressures and protection devices. It wills automatically shut down a compressor, a refrigerant circuit or the entire unit if a fault occurs. Use the check button and LED display can check the system operating status. When under protection or error,the LED will display protection code or error code. High and low pressure switch is provided to prevent the compressor damage resulting from either abnormally high discharge head pressure or low pressure. Differential pressure and paddle type flow switches are also provided with the units. The wired controller provides accurate water temperature control in the circuit by closely monitoring and reacting to the input from the water entering temperature, water leaving temperature and ambient air temperature. During normal condition, if the outlet water temperature falls below setting temperature (antifreeze temperature) the unit will be cut off automatically. Flow switch and Power contactor with thermal relays for compressor, fan motor and water pump are providing secondary protection for the unit. Each module is equipped with overload condenser fan motor protection and pump interlock input.
