For me, the conveniences include: an attached garage opening directly into pantry and kitchen; a Subzero refrigerator and separate freezer; Travertine counters that don t stain and take hot pans directly from the stove; deep laundry room sink; large master bath vanity and its cabinet space; and abundant storage space throughout. Added to these conveniences are mail delivery to our home, the ease of walking to town, beaches, and Sunset Center and our ease of access to grocery stores, pharmacy, Post Office and restaurants. And I especially love the flow of our home, for maximum efficiency, pleasure and comfort. Harwood (Woody) Beville I find our home very inviting and stimulating, while completely warm and easing. Especially love the combination of panoramic views, household colors and light. You can watch and feel the changes. So many flowers blooming year-round. My own office quarters with all the amenities, particularly a fireplace next to my desk. so perfect to use many mornings and late afternoons. On our upper and lower balconies, spirits in-hand, watching the sun set on the mountains (and Pacific). Entertaining and cooking.for ourselves and our guests. When dark outside, the subtle lighting and enchantment of great room and adjoining areas. Finally, our escape to our own private quarters upstairs, equipped with everything we might want.
