Belt Loading: 18 lbs./lineal foot Furnace Case: The case is fabricated from mild steel, welded gas tight. Adjustable internal doors at the charge and discharge end. The doors are manually operated by a handle through RC-40 sprockets and roller chain. Furnace Insulation: Sidewalls: Floor: Roof: 4½ of 2600ºF Insulating firebrick (IFB), 4½ of 2000ºF (IFB) and 4½ of high temperature block. 11" of insulating brick facing the heated area. 12" ceramic fiber modules stud welded to the roof plate. The floor supports the refractory piers which supports the hearth plates. The belt will be supported through the furnace on silicon carbide hearth plates. 5 U-3427 Page CFH Exothermic Generator and Refrigerant Dryer Type: 4000 CFH Exothermic Generator and Refrigerant Dryer J.L. Becker Company Serial Number: J-3455 Date Manufactured 2007 Approx. Overall Dimensions: General Description: 66 wide x 140 long x 72 high The generator is fabricated with a horizontal style combustion chamber. The generator is set up for various output, if less than 4000 CFH; the unit will adjust through the CMS system for a reduced capacity of up to 50% of the total output. The combustion and cracking chamber is lined with insulating fire brick with a diffusion wall of super duty firebrick. Nickel impregnated catalyst for efficient gas cracking is required. The generator combustion chamber is water-cooled with an outer jacket. The combustion system includes a Pyronics #601NM nozzle mix natural gas burner, regulator, solenoid valve, pressure gage, mass flow sensor, Sutorbilt air blower with variable speed drive controller, filter and silencer, motorized port valve, by-pass and gas balancing regulator. Two (2) Sage mass flow sensors for gas and air metering. The system includes Eclipse Veri-Flame relay, UV scanner and auto light electric spark igniter for flame supervision and safe operation. The generator temperature and selectable functions are controlled through the CMS system. Atmosphere gas leaves the generator through a catalyst bed, water cooled end plate, water cooled elbow, mild steel pipe within a pipe pre-cooling assembly, shell and tube type tube bundle with a separator box, JLB gas separator, and condensate trap. This method of cooling improves the longevity of the shell and tube heat exchanger.

Becker Company Serial Number: J-3456 Date Manufactured 2007 The water system consists of: One (1) 300 gallon reservoir tank with high and low level alarms, overflow outlet, Type J thermocouple Two (2) Aqua Vent heat exchangers. Each unit has fans with 1½ HP direct drive motors, inlet and outlet ports, units include misters and city water back-up provision. Two (2) Gusher pumps rated at ft., 5 HP motors complete with by-pass valving. One (1) Set of electrical controls. Pumps, tank and control panel are mounted to a steel base.
