APPLIANCE REPAIR ( Plus Replacement) Appliance Doctor Speedy Appliance/Refrigeration Sales and Service Comments: Have been very satisfied with the service. They are not cheap. Service personnel are great people and very polite. AUTO REPAIR: Campbell Auto Center & Comments: Only about a half a mile north of Corkscrew Road, so you can walk from Pelican Sound. High quality work and very nice people to boot. BIKE AND BABY FURNITURE RENTAL: Bonita Bike and Baby Dave Browne & Comments: Great service for when the grandkids come to visit! Both owners are fantastic people and they deliver, set up, and pickup whenever you want. Top quality stuff and very clean. CABINET & COUNTER REPLACEMENT & NEW Quality Cabinets and Counters, Inc Harold Sasloe Just did a kitchen remodel. He is very particular about his work. Not real fast but good with detail and fair price. Carpet / Flooring Installation Bill Lancaster Did a great job and were reasonable. They install carpet, wood flooring and tile. Page 3

4 Page 4 Larry Coons Carpet stretching, repairs, or installation. Cathy Stanford endorsed. RLS Flooring Ralph Shield Keith Javis Installs bamboo and all types of wood flooring. Does an awesome job and his prices were quite a bit below the other bids. Have had four high recommendations for his work. Does not do carpet. CLEANING CARPET Captain Steamer Carpet Cleaner Family owned and operated for 30 years. Were very professional and carpet looks like new. There are no hidden charges. They also do tile, grout, upholstery, leather, flood & mold restoration. Squish Cleaned berber going up the stairs and it looks like new. He has a special of $69 for 3 rooms. No extra hidden charges. We would recommend Clean Source for water clean up and carpet cleaning. Dirt Busters Keith Cruise Was recommended to clean driveway and Lanai/Poll area. Did a fantastic job and was very reasonable. The service call and lubrication was $50 and the wheel replacement was another fifty.
