2 CGC Option Descriptions Option Number Miscellaneous 01 Selection of this option provides for individual tagging of each unit in accordance with a schedule provided at ordering time by the customer. E. SKH036C4-100X, 01 unit can be tagged generically (HP3) or for a specific location (RM234). 02 Selection of this option provides an etended compressor only warranty for an additional 4 years. Shipping costs are not included. 03 Selection of this option provides an etended warranty for an additional 4 years for all refrigeration components including the compressor, the evaporator, the condenser, the TX valve, and the pressure switches. It does not include piping or refrigerant. Shipping costs are not included. Refrigeration 10 Selection of this option provides for two stage cooling capability. This capability varies with size and voltage as follows. Internal controls are included to provide two stage operation. Two stage thermostat is required. a) Sizes 008 thru 020 NOT available b) Sizes 024 thru 060 Two step single compressor available in R410a only and provides 30% capacity reduction when operating on first stage. (70% capacity). c) Sizes 070 thru 100 Dual circuit units with 50% capacity reduction. (Tandem where Available) d) Sizes 120 thru 150 Tandem compressors with 50% capacity reduction. e) Sizes 180 thru 320 Tandem 2 stage compressors are standard. 11 Selection of this option provides the ability of the unit to cool/dehumidify and then reheat the discharge air for humidity control. Internal controls are provided but a thermostat/humidistat are required. This option is available on all units. Unit Controls 20 Selection of this Option provides for a 24 volts AC output to control a second source of heat such down draft barrier under a large window. Two stage heat thermostat is required. 21 Selection of this Option will provide a condensate sensor that will terminate cooling operation if the drain pan over fills. An alarm will be available to connect to the alarm output. 22 Select this Option if the volt units are to operate at 230 volts. 23 Select this Option if a high percentage of untreated fresh air is being introduced thru the unit. This Option provides a discharge air sensor connected to a modulating valve on the heating coil to maintain a minimum discharge air temperature. 24 Select this Option to have third party DDC controllers mounted on or in the unit. Included is a bo to hold the controller if there is no available space. Mounting of discharge air sensors and current sensors is included. Alarm signal will be provided to the DDC controller. For the addition of KMC BACnet controllers, thermostats, and wiring harnesses we have two options: 25. A unit mounted controller installed and wired onto the unit, along with a Netsensor which is a wall mounted controller with a LCD display of temperature and set points. Included is a 25 thermostat cable. 26. A Flestat arrangement which is a thermostat/controller combination BACnet capability. A 5 wiring harness is included.

3 CGC Option Descriptions System Controls 40 Select this Option to provide a 24 volts AC signal for the control of a valve or a pump to provide f low only during a heating or cooling call. 41 Demand Flow Control Removes the standard three way valve and ADDS two two way valves plus a Neus or equivalent Autoflow valve. A call for heating from the thermostat is required to open the heating valve and a call for cooling is required to open the cooling valve to allow cooling. The Autoflow valve is an automatic throttling valve that controls the amount of water thru the unit when it is either heating or cooling. The advantage of this control is that it requires less pumping capacity and therefore is more efficient than our standard offering. 42 Flow Limiting Control Adds a Neus or equivalent Autoflow valve to our standard unit with a single three way valve. Our standard units operate with water flowing thru them continuously around the clock and the Autoflow valve simply provides automatic balancing of the system so that each unit receives the correct fluid flow for maimum performance 43 This Option adds a wet rotor pump within a SideWinder unit for connection to a Load Match pumping system. 44 This Option provides a cooling only unit with a water regulating valve. Heating coil and three way valve are eliminated. A water regulating valve is added. 45 This is the FreeCool Option that uses system water below 50F for cooling. Mechanical cooling is provided when the fluid temperatures rise above 60F. Heating is not available. Available on the SKH and SKV models only. 46 This COMFORT ZONE Option is available on the InnKeeper and HomeKeeper units only. It provides built in valves and controls to connect to a supplemental in-floor heating system. The in-floor heating mode operates as the first stage of heat. 47 Valves are provided for InnKeeper and HomeKeeper units that are not supplied with CGC risers. 48 This Option is in addition to Option 41 and provides high differential pressure Belimo valves in lieu of the standard valves used in Option This Option provides three way Belimo valves in lieu of the standard Erie valve. Airside 60 Over sized motors is available on the SKV and SKH series of units. 61 Select this Option for EC Motors. These are available only on the SKH and SKV units 008 thru Select this option for Variable Frequency drives for the belt drive fans in the 070 thru 320 sizes. 63 Select this Option for 2 filter racks and filters. Available on SKH and SKV 008 thru 060. Note: Standard on the SKV 070 thru This selection provides an economizer package in a miing bo with controls. Available on SKH and SKV units only. 65 Option provides high cfm capability for an increased heating capability. Available on most units % Outdoor Air. Includes option # 23, + BACnet, + pre filter, 65 % bag filters. 67 This Option provides single fan speed operation. Available on all units. Vertical Stack Units 80 This Option provides a Sight/Sound baffle for InnKeepers and HomeKeepers to reduce the transfer of noise and light through the discharge plenum from one room to another. 81 This Option provides a built in attenuator in the discharge plenum of an InnKeeper or HomeKeeper. 82 This Option provides unit grilles for the discharge openings in the InnKeeper and HomeKeeper cabinets. 83 Select this Option to have a motorized fresh air damper in the InnKeeper or HomeKeeper cabinet. 84 This Option provides a separate frame to hold the access door for an InnKeeper or HomeKeeper. 85 This Option provides a hinged access door for an InnKeeper or HomeKeeper.
