To ensure the highest level of reliability, our Nittan Techno subsidiary designs, makes and sells a full line of terminal-towir eprocessing equipment. Hand Tools for Crimping Nittan Techno hand tools can be used to crimp a wide variety of individual terminals to wires. Hand tools are very convenient for work on the bench or in the field. Applicator Dies Mini-dies determine the shape of the crimped terminal. That shape determines the quality of the connection between the wire and the terminal. We design, test and certify die sets for all our terminals. Applicators Applicators hold the dies in place so that the crimp can be made. They also feed the terminals to the wire. 8 Machine Features The Control Panel All the controls including wire length, strip length, insulaton cutting depth and crimp position are made through an electronic touch-screen control panel. The panel is mounted on a swinging arm that is easy to access by the erator. Wire Measuring ystem The NAC-series comes with a highly accurate wire measuring system.the system uses maching pairs of rollers to feed and measure the wire in-line. A computer controlled servo-motor powers the system. Insulation Cutting Unit The NAC-series incorporates a highly accurate and efficient wire insulation cutting and stripping unit. Wire insulation depth can be set, through the control panel, to within 0.01mm. The strip length is accurate to within 0.1mm. tripped insulation is promptly discharged. Collection Unit(tional) An tional collection unit is available. It consists of two robot grips: one to catch processed wires, and the other to hold a hold a bundel until an erator arrives. The nember of wires per bundel is set through the control panel. A bundelling unit, that eliminates the need for an erator, is also available. oldering Unit The NAC-1000H & NAC-1000WH comes with a built-in soldering line. The line includes a wire twister, flux applier, solder bath and cooler. On the NAC-series the wire is dipped in the solder bath, in this way very little slug is generated in the bath. An tional soldered wire diameter checker is available. Wire eal upply ystem The wire seal supply system used a rotating drum to supply seals to a vibrating magazine feeder. Pneumatic grips grasp the seals and slide them onto pre-positioned wires. By changing a few parts, different types of seals can aesily be applied. Both vertical axis and horizontal axis rotating and vibrating drums are available. nwxyz 65
