A a tandard, coil are manufactured from eamle copper tube of 1/2 OD, mechanically expanded into collar continuou corrugated aluminum fin to provide a continuou compreion bond over the entire finned length for maximum heat tranfer rate. The tandard fin pacing i 2,0 mm; however 3,0; 2,5 and 1,8 mm are available a an option upon the client requet or to achieve the determined indoor condition. Extenive cleaning i done after manufacturing each coil for optimum ytem cleanline and all coil are factory teted at 300 pig air preure underwater. Due to the huge variety of coil input condition, the coil calculation and election i optimally done baed on a fully wetted coil by election oftware integrated in the unit election oftware to match the required condition. Direct expanion coil are equipped with a properly - ized expanion valve and ditributor to enure equal refrigerant fed to all circuit. The number of circuit i choen to provide optimum heat tranfer and reaonable refrigerant velocity and preure drop o a not to trap any oil in the coil tubing. Header and connection for water coil and DX-coil are made of eamle copper pipe, and inlet and out- Chilled-/Hot Water Coil let connection are ealed againt unit panel by rubber gaket a tandard wherever coil connection protrude through the caing. Energy Recovery Wheel The heat wheel i a rotating wheel coniting of an air permeable aluminum matrix with a large interior urface, the wheel conit of two half moon ection, and it hould be intalled in a double deck or ide by ide unit where the upply air flow through one half of the rotary wheel while the exhaut air flow in counter flow through the other half, the wheel i rotating with low peed imultaneouly. Energy wheel deigned to recover either enible heat only or both enible and latent to meet the requirement of the indoor air quality. The recovery of enible heat achieved when the enible heat i tranferred a the metallic ubtrate gain and tore heat form the warmer air tream and give it up to the cooler tream while the rotation of the wheel. Latent heat i tranferred a the metallic ubtrate which i coated by a hygrocopic coating condene moiture from the air tream that ha the higher humidity ration through aborption and releae moiture though evaporation into the air tream that ha a lower humidity ratio. The TW-erie election oftware optimize the election of the energy wheel to achieve the needed indoor condition. The plate heat exchanger i pecially thermoformed plate, connected together via folded edge permanently bonded and ealed. Aembled Drip Eleminator Other than in thee two cae, the drip eliminator i given a an option upon the requet of the cutomer. Drip eliminator blade are PVC-blade encaed within a galvanized teel frame. The blade are dei- gned to completely prevent water carry over with low preure drop. The drip eliminator i commonly fixed directly to the coil caing, however, eparate ection for the drip eliminator can be provided upon requet. Electric Heater Electrical heater with wide range of capacitie and tep are available to be upplied built in Clima Tech TW - erie Air Handling Unit. The tandard electric heater element are of cloed flat type made from polihed mild teel, in tand alone deign with galv. teel frame and fixed by guide rail. The heater are equipped with pre-wired connection box IP40, afety thermotat (accord. VDE/DIN) and manual reet button. The heater can be eaily removed after opening the ervice panel on maitenenace ide. 18
