Conservatory DuPont Room 7-9:30 a.m. 7 a.m.-midnight With floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of our outdoor spaces including the Rutledge Conifer Garden immediately outside the DuPont Room offers guests four seasons of color. Perfect for larger gatherings, the DuPont room can accommodate numerous layouts. Our tropical oasis serves as the perfect backdrop for special occasions. Guests are invited to explore the domed conservatory year-round especially during cold Iowa winters. Flexible seating and gathering options available. Trellis Café, Meredith Café Terrace and Boardwalk Signature Outdoor Gardens Our signature outdoor gardens create a breathtaking open-air room for you and your guests to explore and enjoy. Create a lasting impression with the backdrop of the hillside waterfall and one-of-a-kind views of downtown. Your rental includes the Bankers Trust Veranda, hillside garden, Koehn Garden, Principal Belvedere, Ruan Allee and Rutledge Conifer Garden. During the warmer months, Trellis Café, the Meredith Café Terrance and boardwalk offer picturesque settings for small- and mediumsized gatherings.
