1 WEST JUNEAU PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT SELECTION The City & Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation Department is designing a new park in West Juneau, with construction slated to begin this spring. The following playground concepts show a variety of options for play equipment that can be installed at the new West Juneau Park. We want your comments about the kind of play equipment you would like to see in the park. All of these pieces of equipment will fit in the area designated for play equipment. Please include comments regarding the desired play age for equipment, play equipment as a whole, and individual parts of the play equipment. West Juneau Park, 155 South Seward, Juneau, AK 99801or comments to parksrec@ci.juneau.ak.us by December 6, The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee will hear a presentation on each piece of equipment, take public comment, and make a recommendation on the equipment to be installed on Tuesday, December 7 th at 6pm in the Assembly Chambers.
