4 Then & now. Welcome to Tempest. When we re at one with our environment and the people around us, we re free to do our best work. So who needs a drab, corporate office, when you can work, socialise and relax in a vibrant community?

5 This is Tempest. The unique collaborative environment of Tempest breaks the monotony of the working week, whilst helping to attract and retain the best people and clients. The Tempest has it's own community website which can be used to reserve meeting rooms, book yoga classes, message one another, and keep up to date with the latest news and events from around the building.

Set within a World Heritage Site, the 1970s architecture and concrete cladding, combined with traditional timbers and contemporary design features, create a warm yet awe inspiring backdrop for any size or type of business. The unique office spaces are light, airy and super energy efficient, proving a comfortable and productive working environment for any team. 7 Launch22. The Tempest top floor is occupied by Launch22, a co-working space (filled to the brim with more designers & freelancers than you can swing a bat at). They've a beaut of a space and everything you would need to host a creative event; from beer kegs to ping-pong tables. They're also a friendly bunch so pop in for a chat any time!

8 The secret city garden. The rooftop terrace with its secret city garden (shh ) provides stunning views over the River Mersey, and is the social hub of Tempest. Here you can enjoy an early morning brew, browse the web, join free yoga, pilates and meditation classes, or just relax with a cold beer after work. It s also home to some of our hardest workers (the bees), who are busy producing organic urban honey around the clock.

9 Get buzzing. Tempest is literally buzzing right now. We ve beehives on the rooftop which contain over 50,000 honey bees. Seriously! We produce organic urban honey (well, the bees do) which is actually healthier as there are no pesticides involved. 10 Breaking records. We teamed up with talented street art duo, Nomad Clan, to give the Tempest exterior a makeover. They went on to create a magnificent 20m high mural one of the largest of its kind in the North. As well as becoming a local landmark, the mural has become a social media sensation.
