The building was completely restored three years ago. Wellbrook Manor is a Grade III estate of approximately acres located in Peterchurch nearby the cathedral city of Hereford. It comprises a rare Grade I listed Farmhouse dating to the fourteenth century, farm buildings; stone built garages and a garden studio. The restoration programme began approximately five years ago for the Farmhouse which was not completed. Manor Cottages is a two bedroom semi-detached cottage found approximately 00 metres from Wellbrook Manor. This house has historically been used as a caretaker residence for the Manor. The properties were previously operated as holiday homes and provided a combined annual income of 65,808.5 (based upon the company P&L between April 0 and January 05). Some of the properties were recipients of grants from Historic England and the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of restoration programmes.
