14 1.3 TESTIMONIALS To whom it may concern Vanquis Bank have used Polar Air as the main contractors on recent two projects. One was in 2016 which was the complete refurbishment of a newly acquired site for a 400 seat call centre with a new staff café. The works entailed a complete fit out with air conditioning upgrade and new furniture throughout. The other project was more recent and was completed in December This was a refresh of the décor of an existing but very tired looking 450 seat call centre over 2 floors, plus an upgrade of the existing café with a brand new functional kitchen. Both projects were efficiently managed and on time. Whilst budgets were adhered to, any additional costs were always outlined as optional every step of the way. Regular project meetings with Polar Air attendance provided us with up to date progress on the project highlighting any issues and offering suitable remedies. The Polar Air team of workers were always polite and professional whilst on site and considerate when working during our long office hours to minimise disruption to our staff. We would be happy to use Polar Air for future projects and have no hesitation in recommending their services to other companies.
