As a Security group, SSTL Group has both expertise and essential experience of more than 25 years in the security industry fi eld plus a record of success that is refl ected by a client list which contains an ever-increasing number of local and internationally known names. Big enough to cope with the most complex of tasks yet small enough to care about client satisfaction and confi dentiality, SSTL Group can justly claim to provide a service second to none. So far the company has extended reliable services to customers in Tanzania and within other East African EAC countries for example in Kigali Rwanda and Kampala Uganda. The After Sales Technical Support to all installations is the company s main business. 4.0 Training of System Managers and Operators SSTL GROUP conducts well-organized security courses for operators at sites and at SSTL Head Offi ce. The operators training is always included in the installation packages and takes place soon after the installation work and successful trial runs. While the security management courses are always conducted before the arrival of the project equipment soon after the signing of a supplying and build contract after payment of the project s security equipment. Training is one of the areas fully covered in all SSTL Group s Projects implementations. Training facility at the Head Offi ce has a capacity of 20 trainees at a time. 6

7 5.0 Preventive Maintenance and After Sales Technical Support 5.1 Workshop Facilities and Tools SSTL Group has a modern base workshop with enough tools and equipment for carrying out any repair and service works to all installations. It is possible to divide the workshop tools and equipment to 4 servicing and maintenance teams at 4 different sites at one time without losing the backup support to any outside team from the base workshop. 5.3 After Sales Technical Support to customers All SSTL Group new installations carry a 12 months (1year) free spare parts replacement warranty and six months free service and maintenance. After the grace or free services and maintenance period, a servicing contract should be signed between SSTL Group and the customer. This servicing contract include periodical Preventive Maintenance and on call or Corrective Maintenance services. Preventive Maintenance program is always based on quarterly intervals of 12 months servicing contracts. 5.4 Terms and Conditions of Supply and Installations SSTL GROUP customers own the systems. Each customer s security system is fully independent and controlled by the customer s Internal Security Units. In many cases the systems are then linked to the nearby Police Station by a wireless Radio Links.
