3 About Oil & Gas Decades of experience in Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Projects in the Region. Oil and Gas was originally created as a division of Drake & Scull International in 2010, to offer a wide range of first class contracting services to the onshore Oil & Gas industry, upstream & downstream projects. The Oil and Gas division was created as a natural progression of the experience that DSI PJSC s and MEP units had acquired with their involvement in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industry in the region.
