1 Λευκωσία, 15 Ιανουαρίου 2016 ΠΡΟΣ Όλα τα Μέλη ΘΕΜΑ December 2015 Notification Procedure 1025/2012 Κυρία/Κύριε, Σας επισυνάπτουμε γνωστοποιήσεις από Εθνικούς Οργανισμούς Τυποποίησης, μελών των Ευρωπαϊκών Οργανισμών Τυποποίησης CEN/CENELEC, που περιέχουν τους τίτλους προτεινόμενων εθνικών προτύπων. Σύμφωνα με την Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία που αφορά την πληροφόρηση σε θέματα τεχνικών προτύπων, μπορείτε, αφού μελετήσετε τους τίτλους α) να ζητήσετε όπως λάβετε ηλεκτρονικά ολόκληρο το κείμενο του προσχεδίου εθνικού προτύπου, εάν αυτό είναι διαθέσιμο, β) να συμμετάσχετε στις συναντήσεις της τεχνικής επιτροπής του Εθνικού Οργανισμού Τυποποίησης που ετοιμάζει το προσχέδιο προτύπου και γ) να υποβάλετε εισήγηση στον CYS, να αρχίσει τυποποιητική εργασία σε Ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο σχετικά με το θέμα της γνωστοποίησης, εάν φυσικά πιστεύετε ότι το εν λόγο εθνικό πρότυπο θα επηρεάσει την ελεύθερη διακίνηση προϊόντων ή την κυπριακή βιομηχανία και οικονομία. Τυχόν σχόλια και παρατηρήσεις παρακαλώ όπως υποβάλλονται στον Κυπριακό Οργανισμό Τυποποίησης. The present ÖNORM allows to the public and private client a comparison of training in commercial cleaning in terms of the used cleaning and inspection staff. Instructions, forms and ideas are given for rational and high quality procurement and accompanying documentation. The scope includes the following complex activities from EVS code 100 (administration of the property), code 200 (technical maintenance), code 300 (cleaning and waste disposal). In most cases, not many independent activities are necessary for property maintenance. The mentioned activities (administration of the property, technical maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal) are minimal to ensure safety when using the property. As a rule, the activities should be done by - the procurer (e.g. administration of the property service, could be bought in); or - the tenderer (technical maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal). The property owner should decide on the administration type and organising (whether the services are bought in or not). This standard assumes that services are bought in. Other complex activities mentioned in EVS are not very universally used and depend on the specific property and the wishes of its users (e.g repairs, owner's duties, consumable services, supporting services). For this reason, these activities do not belong to the scope of this standard. The design of mass concrete structures is generally based on durability, economy, and thermal action, with strength often being a secondary, rather than a primary, concern. The one characteristic that distinguishes mass concrete from other concrete work is thermal behavior. Because the cement-water reaction is exothermic by nature, the temperature rise within a large concrete mass, where the heat is not quickly dissipated, can be quite high. Significant tensile stresses and strains may result from the restrained volume change associated with a decline in temperature as heat of hydration is dissipated. Measures should be taken where cracking due to thermal behavior may cause a loss of structural integrity and monolithic action, excessive seepage and shortening of the service life of the structure, or be aesthetically objectionable. Many of the principles in mass concrete practice can also be applied to general concrete work, whereby economic and other benefits may be realized.
