The panel shall be complete in all respect to identify signals, compare, activate command as per requirements fed in data sheet to for AMF, Auto Synchronizing, Master & slave selection, Auto Load sharing & management and shall include all necessary & essential accessories / equipments, required power and signal cabling between Synchrinizing Panel, DG Sets and LT Panels, the cost of required software, essential equipments / tools / instruments required during operation. iii INDICATIONS: 4 Nos, 12 windows anunciation panel for required Indications other than in DEIF Control Module.

Switches Control Relays & Auxilary Contactors Contact Blocks. 1 No for each DG Sets (4 Nos), 24V, 10A DC stabilized Power Supply with Battery Charger 230V AC, 0-15A, Trickle & Boost static Charger for 24V, DG Starting battries. DC 0-30V Voltmeter shall be provided. Required Power Supply & UPS Unit for Contorls Required MCBs / MCCBs Any other accessories / components essentally required to make system perfect in order. v PROTECTIONS:

5 All essential protections to be included with required relays, sensors, activating switches, including indications on panel for engine, alternator and Panels. Some are indicated below :for each DG Set: a. Engine overheat b. High water Temperature. c. Low lube oil pressure. d. Over Speed. e. Low Fuel oil level. f. Cooling water Flow failure. g. DC control supply failure. h. Reverse Power i. Phase Reversal j. Any other important & essential as per standard practice vi SEQUENCE OF OPERATION: a For Autostart, Auto Syncronizing, Auto Load Sharing, Load Management : DG-1 / 2 / 3 / 4 : Sequence shall be programmed as per load conditions being utilised by the user so that the system works efficiently and smoothly as desired. vii GENERAL: a. Neutral contactor of all the DG sets shall be controlled through PLC such that only one contactor is on at a time in sync mode. In manual mode the neutral contactors shall also be interlocked.

The cost of panel shall include all communication & power cables between the Mains Panel / Synchronizing panel / DG Sets, communication card, grafix software package, door operated lights, space heaters with thermostats, 150mm exhaust fans with air filter and other item required to complete the system shall be part of the quoted rate. c. All wiring shall be included to wire to the breakers provided in LT panels (Mains) / LT Panel (Emergency) / DG Sets / Synchronizing Panel complete for fool proof and flaw less operation.
