3 3.O WIRING 3.1 Supply & Installation of concealed point wiring using 600v grade 3x1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated wires (with proper R,Y,B color code ) pulled through haevy gauge PVC conduits laid concealed over false ceiling or in wall chases including 2x 2.5 sqmm circuit wires from the relevant DB and also including 2.5 sqmm green color copper earth wire and provision of grid plate type switches & sockets as approved by the consultant.each circuit feeding not more than 8 points OR 800 watts as per following configuration Primary light points including the cost of 5A switch Secondary light points looped from the above point A plug point as primary point 140 Nos 40 Nos 10 Nos A Plug Point directly taken from DB for Pantry / zerox / fridge / power point 20 Nos Exhaust fan point consisting of 5A socket near fan and switch on light switch board 4 Nos S & I of AC point wiring using 20A, SP MCB, box with 20A metal clad plug-socket with 2 x 4 and 1 no 2.5 sqmm PVC copper wire in PVC conduit (Pantry) 3.2 S & I of point wiring for UPS or stabilized power plug points on workstations / table for computers using 3 X 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC wires pulled through already laid floor raceways and taken upto table top using PVC rigid or flexible conduits run within wooden/metal partitions. 4 4.O FLOOR -RACEWAYS: 4.1 S & I of in-screed floor raceways consisting of 1 Runs x 80 mm x 40mm x 1.6 mm thick heavy gauge rectangular aluminium anodized pipe sections including chasing and refilling the trench as per the route shown in the drawing and approved by consultant at site including clamping & closing the open pipe ends temporarily by suitable end- covers against entry of dust or any other foreign material. 4.2 S & I of floor junction boxes with top cover for above raceways, of size 200mm x 200mm x 50mm x 2mm thick, fabricated out of M.S. sheetsfully powder coated with removable screwed cover plates on all four sides for blocking the entry. One side cover plate having 4 nos. 1' dia knockouts for flexible conduit outlets as per the requirement.
