Every facility has site-specific O&M tasks that should be performed. DO NOT LIMIT YOUR O&M ACTIVITIES TO THOSE LISTED IN THIS APPENDIX! A suggested frequency for completing each task is presented as a guideline. You will need to determine the frequency for performing each O&M task based upon the conditions at your facility. Make sure to consult other sources such as manufacturers' instructions, designers' criteria, etc. before establishing how often an O&M task is to be performed.
