Drawing from a rotating group of energy engineers, building controls technicians, maintenance personnel and operations engineers, the group members work in synergy to evaluate and resolve energy issues in buildings quickly and efficiently

10 Fire Alarm and Sprinkler system outages. Request outages 48 hours before scheduled work date. Send to scheduling and C.C. Any hot work, will require a hot work permit. Area managers will provide the hot work permit. Fire Alarm and Fire Protection system outages require a 48 hr. notice and must be submitted by 12:00 noon. Any request received after 12:00 noon will be processed the following day. (48 hrs. begin after request is processed. Week-ends and holidays are NOT included in the 48 hr. notification.) ALL OTHER OUTAGES MUST BE SCHEDULED 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. 11 Fire Alarm Testing Notifications for fire alarm testing are sent at least two weeks before the testing date. Please contact or if there are any questions concerning the date scheduled. Transitioning to 7-7:30 am full building alarm and limited disruption for remainder of the testing.
