3 General information 3 Cost guide This cost guide contains all the prices of our roller shade and butterfly blinds collection books. It will help you quote your customers when ordering your custom made window treatment. Please consult the provided measuring guide for some helpful measuring tips. To help you collect all required information while visiting your customer and not having access to the online order system, we have added an order form that you can use as a template. For more information, questions, or suggestions, please budgetblinds@morestextiles.com and we will put our best effort into helping you. Cost guide instructions If you have internet access, go to enter the required information and you will be able to order the products online. 4 Limited lifetime warranty This Limited Warranty program is available to consumers who purchase bece products through participating Budget Blinds retail franchisees. COVERED All internal mechanisms Components and brackets Operational cords are covered for 24 months from the date of purchase Motorization components are covered for 5 years from date of production, excluding battery wands LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY NOT COVERED This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning for maintenance. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the limited lifetime warranty. All materials can lose original color intensity or discolor after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, some materials may yellow or crack. Some materials may warp in high humidity areas. All cords will eventually wear out. The manufacturer considers these things normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Shipping charges, costs of removal and reinstallation. bece shall have no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, cost, expense or fee. Dye lots vary within industry acceptable tolerances. Color of fabrics, woods and natural products may vary from samples and may not match previous purchases. Dye lot variations are not covered by warranty. TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE: 1. Contact our customer service department through our North American distributor Mores Custom Made Textiles. by dialing (866) and advise them of the nature of the issue. Mores custom made textiles will provide you with information as to how to proceed. 2. Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanies by the original sales receipt as well as written details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the shade/blind etc. 3. If damage occurred during shipping, call (866) immediately or at least within 7 calendar days or else you may be denied credit for your damaged product. This warranty does not imply automatic replacement of the product bece reserves the right to replace or repair any product at our discretion. Maintenance instructions: the products can be easily feather dusted. Additionally, roller shades can be cleaned using a damp cloth. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILLITY ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH HEREOF OR THEREOF, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRENTY, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
