3 Saturday, April 25, p.m Central College Rd. Westerville Kitchen Project by: Custom Home Works The old Westerville Kitchen lacked style, space, and was falling apart. We relocated the kitchen and added a first floor laundry to include an unused front room to enlarge the kitchen with large countertop space and a functional work space flow. We used cream colored cabinetry and quartz tops with a 50 s motif style. A new entry was added to the drive way side of the house for easier entry into the house.

4 1322 Clubview Blvd. S. Columbus Whole House Project by: Dave Fox Design Build Remodelers This Worthington Hills home was purchased with the intention of remodeling and reworking the entire floor plan. Everything from the exterior windows and siding to the interior from floor to ceiling.

5 810 Bluffview Dr. Columbus Kitchen Project by: Organized Home Remodeling This Worthington home completely gutted their existing kitchen to significantly improve functionality and flow. The large wooden hood over an island cook top was replaced with a new modern range and stainless hood located on an outside wall. New custom built cabinets were fabricated and finished in our shop and the hardwood flooring was expanded into the kitchen from the dining area. The backsplash capped it off with a beautiful tumbled natural stone marble tile. Relocating the sink to another window view improved the traffic flow allowing multiple people to work in the kitchen at the same time. While the home has 2 full time occupants they frequently entertain and the kitchen is the heart of their home for both friends and family.

Pool area featuring an outdoor kitchen with pavilion, fire feature, water feature, LED lighting, natural stone hardscape and composite decking.

7 581 Oxford St. Worthington Addition Project by: Owens Construction Old Worthington remodel featuring a modern great room, floor-to-ceiling windows, European stove and faux wood tile flooring. Connects to a stunning twolevel composite deck with cable railing.

8 166 W. Beaumont Rd. Columbus Kitchen Project by: Nicholson Builders A newly designed and remodeled kitchen with a contemporary floor plan, a classic style fitting for the neighborhood, and touch of modern flare.

9 49 Walhalla Rd. Columbus Whole House Project by: Reliance Design Build From space planning and design to construction and completion, this Clintonville home received a complete facelift including new open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and beautiful contemporary finishes throughout the house.

10 1965 Lytham Rd. Columbus Kitchen & Addition Project by: J.S. Brown & Co. Opened up back wall of house to expand the kitchen into a new room addition along with a new mudroom and laundry room. Replaced kitchen cabinets and added new hardwood flooring. Removed existing screened-in porch on back of house and installed a covered porch in its place. Removed wrought iron stairway to the left and installed new oak box newels and spindles in its place.

Columbus Kitchen Project by: Danzig Construction This project doubled the size of the kitchen by expanding into an existing dinette and family room, originally separated by walls and small entryways. The homeowners preferred a large, open-concept kitchen where food prep and entertainment could happen simultaneously.

After enjoying their new space, they decided to also remodel their master bathroom.
