7 Story of the project Two starting points: Sandscaping pre-feasibility study for NNDC Cliff erosion in December 2013 storm Study for Terminal Companies: Sandy solution preferred and possible Exploring a combined approach: from mitigating impacts to generating benefits Delay failure of coastal defences Buy time for adaptation Improve community viability but in context of change
