14 Project Goals 1) Manage Stormwater. Reduce the stormwater volume and improve the quality of stormwater leaving the Mars Hill Town Hall site in an effort to restore water quality in the Ivy River watershed. 2) Educate and Inspire. Create a demonstration project that will serve to educate and inspire the local community on the importance of stormwater management and LID solutions.
