2 MASTER GROUND MODULES WITH CUSTOM BACK BOXES INCLUDED MAKE THE RIGHT CONNECTION WITH PG LIFELINK ISOLATED POWER ACCESSORIES These units serve as collection points for grounds in large areas, such as coronary and intensive care wards. They are primarily used when the equipment ground bus in the emergency distribution panel is either inconveniently located or unable to accept the large number of connections required for the area. They can connect to that point with a single conductor and be placed in a more convenient location. These modules can contain a bus bar with as many as 8 ground terminals and a main lug with a wire range of # to #/0 for field connection and are furnished with a polished stainless steel cover. PG LIFELINK offers a complete line of power and ground modules and ground cord assemblies to complete your isolated power system. By combining patient ground point and power receptacles serving the same location into a common module, installation savings and staff accessibility are increased. PG LIFELINK modules incorporate either twist-lock or Hospital Grade parallel blade power receptacles (single or duplex) and/or twist-lock ground jacks mounted into a brushed stainless steel trim plate. Internal equalizer ground bus lugs are provided for easy connection to other electrical circuit equipment, as well as non-electrical grounds such as gas outlets and door frames. In situations where room ground extensions and power receptacles are both required, the PG LIFELINK line of power and ground modules offers convenience and considerable field-wiring labor savings. 3 POWER AND GROUND MODULES/REMOTE RECEPTACLE PANELS WITH CUSTOM BACK BOXES INCLUDED For ease of installation, these units come with devices mounted to front trim. They include Hubbell power receptacles, Hampden SLR-S, 0 amp, twist-lock ground jacks and a 0 lug ground bus with a wire range of # to # for external ground connections. The main ground connection will accommodate up to #/0 cable and the front trim is fabricated from gauge stainless steel polished to a # satin finish. 4 LIM ACCESSORIES MODEL DRA- REMOTE ANNUNCIATOR The PG LIFELINK Model DRA- Remote Annunciator is designed to handle a single isolated power source. When the flow to ground for the system being monitored is within the predetermined limit, a green light stays illuminated. Should this limit be surpassed, the red light illuminates and an alarm sounds. At this point a silencing switch can be depressed to disconnect the signal. Then, once leakage current to ground returns to an acceptable level, the unit resets itself automatically. Digital and analog hazard current displays audible and visual alarm annunciation, silence feature, and remote operation of self-test feature are all included. Even system error codes are displayed, aiding in trouble shooting efforts. Some states require that all LIM remote units include a digital hazard current display. Check your local codes to see if this applies. NOTE: While the MRA Master Remote Annunciator allows you to handle up to 8 isolated power systems from one station, codes require that an indicator alarm also be placed in each monitored area. 6 GROUND MODULES/GROUND JACK PANELS TO FIT CUSTOMER FURNISHED ELECTRICAL GANG BOXES PG LIFELINK ground jack panels provide the means by which equipment within critical care and anesthetizing locations can be interconnected to the room reference ground point. These particular modules are ideal for room ground bus extensions, making ground connections in large facilities much more convenient. PG LIFELINK ground jack panels contain up to eight Hampden SLR-S, 0 amp, twist-lock ground jacks. Every panel is furnished with a polished stainless steel cover. MAIN LUG (# TO #/0) GROUND CORD ASSEMBLIES PG LIFELINK manufactures a complete line of ground cord assemblies for your isolated power system needs. The cord itself is a flexible #0 copper conductor encased in green neoprene insulation. The cord is crimped to both the conductor and the insulation, increasing durability and guaranteeing long life.
