9 Important Points for all Exhibitors The closing date for entries for this show is Wednesday 3 rd June Please send or Entry Forms to Louise Agnès, RJA & HS, Royal Jersey Showground, La Route de la Trinité, Trinity JE3 5JP. louise@royaljersey.co.uk Exhibitors may only enter one exhibit per class Please name all flower specimens, plants and vegetables wherever possible. One plant per pot, unless otherwise stated Exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for their exhibits prior to judging. Exhibitor cards and exhibits must be placed correctly on the show bench ready for the Judge s Inspection, to avoid being given Not According to Schedule. This is not the responsibility of the Show organisers. Prize Certificates will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Commended awards. Prize money will only be awarded to first prize winners, except in the Adult Floral Art and Kit Robert Children s classes Entry Forms are included at the back of the Schedule The Flower Show will be taking place in the Exhibition Hall Exhibits may be brought to the place of exhibition on: o Thursday 11 th June, 2pm 5pm o Friday 12 th June, 8am pm Exhibitors must vacate the Hall by 6.45pm as judging starts promptly at 7pm on Friday 12 th June. Please ensure your Exhibitor Card is displayed with your entry. Exhibitor Cards are in a brown envelope marked with the exhibitor s name, on a table in the hall. The Show Stewards will be there to help you find your Cards. Please collect your exhibit after the Show, between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday. Any exhibits not collected by 6pm on Sunday will be left unsupervised, near the RJA&HS entrance for collection. The organisers accept no liability for any missing items that haven t been collected by 6pm on Sunday. No exhibit, once introduced into the place of exhibition, shall be allowed to be removed prior to 5pm on Sunday, without the sanction of the Secretary. The gel recommended by the British Fuchsia Society is Supergel, produced by Chempak. However, Gel crystals are available from most local Garden Centres.
