PE-D, PE-N U-STBG $25, $20, $5, U-STBG $312, $250, $62, /2/13-1 month from award of grant- Send out any necessary RFP's/RFQ's for lighting interchange lighting and way-finding/ signage design.3 months from award of grant- Obtain services of qualified professionals and begin design and permitting work.4 months from award of grant- seek additional input from the Joint Economic Development Board of Wilson, other governmental agencies such as the Road Commission and Lebanon Public Works, local communitymembers, and business interests along the S.R. 840 corridor.5 months from award of grant- Insure necessary design approvals are received from the State of Tennessee and other interested agencies. Send out request for bids.6 months from award of grant- Select appropriate bid and award project6.5 months from award of grant- Hold preconstruction/pre-installation conference with necessary parties.7 months from award of grant- Begin construction/ installation in earnest\10 months from award of grantcomplete major work and seek approval and necessary permitting or authorization for operation. Make necessary adjustments or corrections to project.12 month from award of grant- project completion declared.to our knowledge, Wilson has not undertaken a lighting and way-finding project of this magnitude. However, we have undertaken other infrastructureprojects such as sewer construction in the Gladeville community, major school construction projects, and bridge/ road construction projects throughout Wilson with success and on-time. Additionally, this is proposed to 170/181
6 with success and on-time. Additionally, this is proposed to occur along a State. We in Wilson would not be opposed to having oversight by the State of Tennessee on such a project. That being said, we are willing to undertake direct oversight of the project if necessary. 171/181
