3 1.Preface In order to provide our customer with high quality, high reliability and excellent flexibility, The produces have been produced by strict producing standard This manual includes all necessary information about installation, debugging, Operning and maintenance. Please read this manual carefully before you open or maintain the unit. The company will be not in charge of someone injured or unit wrecked that caused by improper installation, debugging, unnecessary maintenance and do not obey the manual. The unit must be installed by professional personnel. The Warranty must be in line with following terms: The unit just can be opened by our maintenance center person or our authorized company. The operation and maintenance must be executed strictly according to the stated time and frequency. Use our spare parts only. The Warranty will be out of validity automatically if disobeying any terms that listed as above. Air cooled water chiller type, which assorts with ducted type. One outdoor unit can combine with multi indoor units or compressed air purifying equipment.. It belongs to light central air conditioner which has more advantages than split air conditioner system and no need of water cooled tower and special room. Indoor unit can adopt hidden (semi-hidden) type to assort with elegant and luxury house, so, it has been used widely. This type has following characteristics: 1) Advanced controlling Micro-computer controlling, all operation parameter can be set, and all operation status can display on the wire controller You can choose centralized controlling to realize multi types' centralized controlling, remote controlling by telephone and computer.. 2) Magnificent appearence Water pump can be set inside, so, unit has compact and magnificent appearance and takes small space. 3) Flexible installation You can choose side air-flow out split type or top air-flow out single type 4) Quiet operation Unit was made of high efficient rotary/scroll compressor and low noise fan motor, which guarantee units' quiet operation. 5) High efficiency heating exchanger Use high efficient heating exchanger to make unit operate under high efficient. 6) You can choose heating supply system or boiler, beside heat pump in the unit, and that can realize automatic controlling. 7) Large working scale The ambient temperature can be as high as 43 under cooling mode as low as -10 under heating mode.

7 3.Installation [1] How to choose units 1.1 According to weather condition, building category, warm keeping, the need of heating/cooling capacity of the space. 1.2 According to total loading of unit loading and total acreage. 1.3 According to total loading, then to consider the unit's application range to choose proper units. Unit's application range: For cooling only type: condensed outlet water 5-15 Highest ambient temperature 43 For cooling and heating type cooling operation condensed outlet water temperature 5-15 highest ambient temperature 43 Heating operation: Heat water-out temperature Highest ambient temperature [2] Location of installation Unit can be installed on veranda, proof, ground or any place where is convenient for installation and can bear unit's weight well. Good ventilation No heating radiation or other heating source around it You should make shed for units in winter. No barrier nearby air-flow inlet or air-flow outlet No strong wind blow to air-flow outlet There should be drainage to clear out condensing water around the unit. There should be sufficient room left for unit. [3] Installation method Unit can be fixed on concrete by bolt directly, or on the steel holder with anti-shake rubber which placed on the ground or roof, and you must ensure that the unit is on the horizontal line. [4] Water pipe connection When you connect water- in and water-out pipe, please notice following points: The resistance of outside water pipe should reduce as much as possible. The whole pipe system should be cleared so that the units can operate smoothly. After pipe connection you should check leakage, then cover the pipe with pipe insulation. Attention Pressure of pipeline must be checked separate from unit's. You should install storage tank on the top of water pipeline, the water level must be 0.5meter higher than the top of water pipeline. It should install water flow switch in the outside water-out pipe that to ensure there is water in the pipe when units operate. The switch wire should be connected with the corresponding end in the terminal box of outdoor unit. On the top of water pipeline should install automatic exhaust valve to avoid atmosphere remain in pipe. In order to check unit's operation conveniently, near the unit's water inlet/outlet should be installed thermometer, hydraulic pressure meter. [5]Power cable connection able wire through wire hole and to be connect with its corresponding end. And please connect the Wire ontroller's signal wire Water flow switch(close)is connected with its corresponding end on the outdoor unit's PB. Please connect the water pump wire with its corresponding end if need outside water pump. The auxiliary heating wire should be connected with its"start switch" if you need control it automatically. The mode controlling wire should be connected with each indoor unit's mode controlling switch.

9 3.Installation [7]arriage and transportation Please choose the enough weight-bearing rope and enough cushion to avoid of damage the fins and machine. As pig1. For large ones, please use four ropes to shift and enough cushions to avoid ofdamaging. As pig2. pig.1! Warning Don't touch the fins! [8]Debugging Inspection before commissioning pig.2 heck at the indoor fan coil. To ensure the fan operate at right direction. Andthe water inlet/outlet are all open. heck the tubing system. It is sufficient or not to supply water. The water in the whole tubing system is enough or not, and the air is cleared out completely or not. All valves in the system are open or not. heck the cable connection. heck the power supply and voltage, the snail of every process is screwed up or not. It is connected according to the circuit diagram or not. heck the groundwire connection. heck the units. heck the fixed snailof the units and the snail of the mechanism. heck the outdoor PB communication lamp(green)is natural or not, there isindication of malfunction indicator(red) or not. To connect the pressure watch with refrigerant inlet to check thesystem pressure when units under running. Debugging Use wire controller to start units.and check the water pump's operation. If that's ok thento observe for water flow switch and water pressure meter.the water pressure is about 0.2MPa under running. The compressor will start after water pump runsfor a while. To judge the operation of units is all right or not, if not please cut down the power supply at once.otherwise please notice the refrigerant system pressure. Then to check the unit's input capacity and current is right to the performance data of the instruction, if not, please stop to check. To adjust every indoor valve to make roomtemperature satisfy your requirement. To observe the outlet water temperature. Wire controller have been set infactory, we emphasize that don't reset by yourself.

M Press M button to choose cooling or heating mode SET AUX SET Press together to set and check the operation data. 11 4.Usage [4] Stop Unit. Press this button to stop unit. TEMP ROOM The ambient temp. [5]heck the data press and to check the data, the LD display as following Water-in temp. Indoor ambient temp. Return water temp TEMP IN ROOM OUT The temp, under different status. means temp. Of fan coil1 [6]heck the set data and amend the setting(attn:you can check and amend the set data under unit standing by status, check data only under running status.) SET Press repeatly to check the all set data. Press SET SET and together to set all running data, press to enter into data setting, at this moment, press" and can change the set data, press SET again can change different data setting. No press in 5s will exit data setting automatically. The LD display as following: SET NO. The set data Data display (see the data setting table) [7]Malfunction Under the condition of operation or stand by, if the system is failure, the unit will stop and alarm, malfunctions code display as below: Malfunctions code.(see the malfunction code table)

12 5.Maintenance and Service [1]Maintenance To check the water supply device and the releaser often. You should avoid the condition of no water or air enter into system, or that will influence unit's performance and reliability. You should clear the water filter regularly to avoid unit's damage by filter's jam. There should be dry, sanitary and ventilation around the units. To clean the side heating exchanger regularly for keeping good heating exchanging and saving energy. To check the operation of every process in the u nit, the operation pressure of the refrigerant system. You should maintain or change it in time. To check the power supply and cable connection often, there is abnormal action or bad smell about the electrical component. If there is, please maintain or change it in time. Please discharge all water in the water pump and water system lest freeze the water pump or water system. You should discharge the water at the bottom of water pump if the units will stop for long time. And you should check the units thoroughly and fill the system with water fully before power on the units again. 14 6.Excursus Appendix 1 The installation explanation of automatic filled-water 1 When automatic filled-water valve is installed,the arrowhead orientation of inlet water must accord with the orientation of valve ; 2 Automatic filled-water has been adjusted in advance to 1.5bar 3 If readjust the pressure of inlet water,please operate as follows * open the screw cap * If reduce the pressure of water supply,pease unscrew the pressure to adjust the screw(b) * If increese the pressure of waer supply,please screw down the pressure to adjust the screw (B) 4 When the system need fill water at first,wrest the handle(a) of filled-water.then the handle(a) can return(close) when the system is full of water. 5 Automatic filled-water Valve need clean in a periodic time and then you must close the tap, unscrew the plug(d),remove the inside filter net.please assemble them again after cleaning. NOTIE There are two connections for water pressure meter in the central section of automatic filled-water,where the water pressure meter can be connected directly and display the set pressure.the screw cap() must be tweaked after adjusting the filled-water pressure.
