Jaga has the choice between repair an replacement of the equipment or the spare parts. If any moifications have been mae by Jaga to the stanar prouct esign, Jaga reserves the right to replace the guarantee equipment with equivalent proucts or spare parts. 3 The perio of guarantee is mentione in this certificate. The guarantee ecreases every year on a straight line basis by an equal percentage in orer to reach a zero guarantee at the en of the guarantee perio (e.g. for a perio of 10 years the annual ecrease of the guarantees 10% of the invoice value). Repaire or replace prouct is guarantee through to the en of the original guarantee perio. The guarantee is vali only on proucts isplaying the appropriate ientification information concerning prouct type an series. No guarantee is grante on equipment or spare parts lacking this information, on equipment where this information has been remove or altere, or on equipment that has been repaire or moifie by persons not authorise by Jaga to carry out this work. 5 The customer is responsible for any amage cause as a result of errors in installation or use of incorrect fittings, or for any amage cause by electrical connections, faulty or amage electrical installations or appliances, erroneous voltage or hyraulic pressure an all other errors not irectly relate to the prouct elivere by Jaga. The guarantee is also revoke when unsuitable parts or components are use. The guarantee for our heat exchangers is not vali if they are regularly raine, or if they are heate by means of inustrial water, steam or water saturate by excessive quantities of oxygen. The quality of the system ater has to be in accorance with the VDI irectives. The guarantee is also not applicable if the heat exchangers are place in unsuitable atmospheric surrounings, such as but not exclusively ammonia, caustic substances etc. 6 This guarantee exclues amage ue to incorrect hanling an/or use of the equipment, or ue to formation of lime eposits, incorrect use of the safety valve, or to all equipment that is incorporate into the builing in a way that means it cannot be accesse normally. 7 Any work unertaken or prouct supplie as a result of a guarantee claim that proves not to be vali will be charge for.
