2 SYSTEM VENTECH PGE 2 Product description The compact ventilation unit system VENTECH, which comes with a passive house certificate, consists of a compact housing made of galvanized sheet steel that is free of thermal bridges and is thermally insulated, externally powder-coated in RL 9010, a high efficiency heat recovery system with an air/air counterflow heat exchanger made of recyclable plastic with an automatic 100% bypass, with energy-saving radial fans with state-ofthe-art EC motor technology, with optional CO 2 and/or humidity sensor module for needs-based comfort ventilation, mode air filters of quality class F7 in the outdoor air and G4 in the extract air line, internally cabled control electronics and with a 3,5 colour touch display PI-HMI unit. Optional enhancements such as constant volume flow regulation, constant pressure regulation or our en hanced, efficiency-optimised fan optimiser regulation complement the extensive basic functions. The range of use extends fundamentally to effective areas of 150 m² to approx. 400 m² that are designed as passive or low energy structures, with an adjustable air volume flow up to 550 m³/h. This allows continuous regulation of the heat exchanger output via the air volumes. The heat exchanger will furthermore be protected against frost damage. In summer the heat exchanger may be bypassed and the cool outdoor night air be blown into the living area. The current operational statuses and system values, e.g. operating mode, fan speed, temperature, etc. are shown on the 3,5 touchscreen display. utomatic or manual mode can be selected. In utomatic mode, the system is controlled by programmable timers and will operate fully automatically, whilst ventilation levels may, for instance, be individually increased in manual mode (boost ventilation).
