6 Plumbing and electrical Type: -A6012 Installation Instruction: A. Water source: Two galvanized pipes for cold and hot water respectively. B. Power: single-phase trigram 220V electrical source, which are connected to the ground firmly. The section of the wire should be bigger than 5mm 2. The electrical source wire is longer than 1.5m which can be specified to meet the requirement of the user. C. Drainage: the diameter of the draining hole should be bigger thanφ40, and should be located as is shown in the picture, the distance from the specified position should be mm. caution: (1) The distance from the ground to the ceiling has to be 10cm higher than the height of the steam room. (2) The water pressure should be higher than 3kg/cm 2.The pressure of the cold water should be equal to the pressure of the hot water. The user should install a booster when the pressure can not meet the requirement. (3) Please install a creepage protecting switch at the chief switch of the scene. (4) After the installation, a distance of 40cm from the product to the walls should be obligated for the maintenance in the future.

8 1. M-A6012 Installation instruction Handheld shower and foot massager installation The soft pipe of the sprayer should be screwed in to the sprayer jack on the back panel. Then insert the sprayer into the sprayer jack. 2. The installation of the foot massager is the same as the sprayer. Open the cover of the unit when you use it

9 Instruction 1. When you receive the goods, check the package and the goods, especially the visible damage on the package. Once there is any damage, work it out with the carrier or the deliverer immediately. The manufacturer is not responsible for the problems during the shipment. 2. Ensure the required water and electrical condition at the scene of the installation. 3. The installation needs the cooperation of two people at least. 4. The contents in the package are as follows: Top cover 2. Left back panel 3. Back panel 4. Right back panel 5. Tub 6. Glass door

11 Installation process 1. Pull out the tub from the package, move it to a place about 400MM to 600MM away from the corner where it is supposed to be put 2. Adjust the anchor screw on the bottom to keep the tub horizontal, by using gradienter.

12 3. Raise the back panel onto the tub, fix it with M6X25 (d), (d1.d2) through the installing hole. Then tighten the screws. 4. Rubber strip Uplift the the left back panel onto the tub, aim at the installing hole on the backboard and the tub, connect them with M6X25 (d), (d1.d2), do not fasten the screws before inserting the rubber seal between the left board and the backboard like the zoomed figure. After inserting the rubber seal into the gap of the two board, fasten the screws to make sure it will not get loose and fall off.

13 Installation process 5. Rubber strip Install the right back panel as the way mentioned above. 6. Firstly, insert the rubber seal (shown in the zoomed figure) into the top and bottom of the left glass, then insert the edges of the left stationary glass door into the rail with the rubber seal. Install the right glass door in the same way.

14 Installation process 7. Raise the fixed glass door frame onto the tub, insert the left and right back panel into the aluminum rail. 8. Adjust the position of the glass door frame.

15 Installation process 9. Install the roller on the movable glass according to the installing hole, then hang the roller on the aluminum rail. 10. A Insert rubber strip A into the right edge of the left stationary glass, Insert rubber strip into the left edge of the right stationary glass.

16 Installation process 11. A B A B Insert rubber strips (A and B) into the left and right edge of the left movable glass. The right movable glass takes the opposite. Ensure the A rubber strip of the two movable glasses attach to the rubber strip of the fix glass, and the B rubber strips of the two movable glass panels can meet each other without any gap when the movable doors are close. 12. Raise the top cover onto the unit, connect the top cover and back panel with M6X25 screws (d)(d1)(d2), connect and fasten it and the upper aluminum rail with ST4X16 (a) self-tap screws.

17 Installation process 13. DOOR Fix the plastic handles onto the movable glass door through the installing holes. The body has finished assembling. 14. Electrical control box Connect with the speaker and the fan Pull the wires with the signs of the speaker and fan through the hole on the top cover, then connect them with the speaker and the fan.

18 Installation process 15. Pipe for top shower Pull up the top shower pipe through hole on the top cover. Connect it with the top spray. As shown in the picture. 16. Water pipe Blue-cold water pipe Red- hot water pipe Connect the relevant pipes with the pipes on the wall.

19 Installation process 17. Connect with the handheld shower As we showed above, the pipe pointed by the arrow should go through the hole on the joint of the two back panels, and connect to the hand shower connecter on the right back panel. 18. Water pipe Hot flexi pipe Steam generator Pull the black hot flexi pipe on the back panel through the hole on the joint of two back panels, connect it to the steam generator. The two pipes marked as 'water pipe' should be connected together.

Stream generator Dirt exit power wire Ground wire Dirt pipe Connect the dirt pipe with the dirt exit of the drainer of on the room body through the hole on the back plate and the bottom pot. Spread some glue around the dirt exit and insert the dirt pipe in it. Connect the ground wire and the electrical source wire firmly.

22 盖放入左边的干蒸汽房上部 M-A6012 Installation instruction, 并调校其位置 Cleaning and maintenance 1 When it comes to daily cleaning, basically, liquid detergent and soft cloth should be involved. DO NOT EVER sterilize it by detergent with acetone and ammonia. DO NOT EVER use detergent with formic acid or formaldehyde. 2 To apply with some wax to polish it will bring you the glossy surface back. 3 The blotch on the surface can be wiped away by soft cloth with toothpaste. 4 The scale on the surface can be cleaned out by soft cloth with lemonade or heated vinegar. 5 To deal with slight scratches or burn by cigarette, you shall rub it off by 1200 sand paper which needs to be softened by water first, then polish it by certain amount polishing paste. 6 After every 20 times of using the unit, we strongly suggest you to clean the steam generator. When you start to clean it, make some solution mixed with liter of warm water and 5-10gram of citric acid. Pour the solution into the steam generator through the water inlet. Switch it on after 8 to 10 hours, wait for it to be discharged as gas. 7 When the water is too hard, we strongly suggest you to clean the whirlpool device twice a year. The way is as follows: A Fill 40 hot water in the tub to the necessary water level (right to the level that can ensure to get the tub working). B According to the proportion of mixing 2 gram of liquid detergent into 1 liter of water, put certain amount of detergent into the water, and switch the system on for 5mins. C Switch it off, drain out the water. D Fill cold water in the tub, switch on the system and keep it working for 3mins. E Switch it off, drain out the water and clean the tub.
