DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS QTY UNIT RATE AMOUNT A SITC of High Wall Air Conditioners 1 SITC of air cooled HIGH WALL MOUNTED Type air conditioning units as specified; each unit shall comprise of separate Indoor and outdoor unit specified and as under: Indoor (fan coil) unit shall be Wall Mounted type comprising of Fan, Two way air discharge and 2 Row Deep DX coil with finned copper tubes, T-Flow Fan unit with direct drive Motor; Unit shall have proper insulated & leak proof condensate base connected. The outdoor (condensing unit) shall be of Corrosion resistant Galvanized powder coated or equivalent Sheet steel low vibration assembly installed on suitable vibration isolators and comprising of energy efficient Rotary / Reciprocating compressor with copper condensor The units shall be installed on MS angle iron frame welded structure (Sepatate item) with duly with anti-corrosive paint (Expoxy) - Vibration Isolated pad with 2 side GI sheet. The above specified units shall be supplied as per following schedule installed at locations as mentioned in the layout The unit will comparising of suitable electrcial panal with capactior connector strip clamps etc Tr. HI - Wall Mount Split AC units - 5 star rating 1.00 NOS 2 SITC of Ceiling Suspected Cassatte type split Ac unit Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of microprocessor based air cooled casstte type air conditioning units as specified; each unit shall comprise of separate indoor and outdoor unit specified and as under: Indoor (fan coil) unit shall be suspended type comprising of fan,four way air discharge and 2 row deep dx coil with finned copper tubes, centrifugal fan unit with motor; unit shall have proper insulated and leak proof condensate base connected to drain piping with suitable temperature controller, fault indicator, fan motor speed selection, real time clock, driect drive fan motor and forward curve fan, drain pump and with magnatic type water level controller. The outdoor (condensing unit) shall be of corrosion resistant galvanized powder coated or equivalent sheet steel low vibration assembly installed on suitable vibration isolators & comprising of energy efficient scroll / rotary compressor with controls such as overload protactor, suction & liquid valve & factory charge refrigenert (r22) The above specified units shall be supplied as per following schedule installed at locations as mentioned in the layout The unit will comparising of suitable electrcial panal Tr 4-way cassette type AC with srcoll compressor NOS 3 Installation, machine erection with copper piping, hard cpvc drain line & electrical control wiring up to 4.5 mtr. Per circuit including SFu unit with top & plug if required for indoor unit. For Casstte and Concealed indoor unit should hang with help of clit with 4 nos, 10 x 50 mm long fastner and suitable rod. 3.1 Installation of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 tr.
