1 Ward 2 Report Councillor Bob Hawkins Dear Ward 2 Residents: It s been a year since you returned me as your Ward 2 Councillor in the last municipal elections. Thank you for your support. 4 Better Lights Marking Pedestrian Crosswalks We re introducing a pilot program that we believe will improve pedestrian solar powered lights have been installed near three busy intersections where used. 5 Recently restored Confederation Park Fountain Confederation Park Fountain in its early days (Saskatchewan Archives, R_B9542) Confederation Park Fountain city restored the park and the fountain to their original condition. The fountain features 16 water spouting frogs situated around the perimeters of its four tiers. The original zinc frogs were beyond repair so the at the University of Regina to replicate the frogs.
