An existing exas-new exico transmission easement traverses the eastern portion of the site from north to south. A letter of no objection has been received from exas-new exico to allow limited development within their easement. Staff finds that the plat conforms to the subdivision regulations of Chapter 102 of the League City Code of Ordinances and Section 212 of the exas Local Government Code. Given that this plat conforms to the subdivision regulations of Chapter 102 of the League City Code of Ordinances and Section 212 of the exas Local Government Code, staff recommends approval of this plat.
