2 The Diamond Jubilee in June A Month of Royal Celebrations The Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend We will offer our special four nights for the price of three break over the Diamond Jubilee weekend. Breakfast is chargeable on the complimentary night, and this offer is applicable to bed and breakfast rates and also to our summer break package. Quote 1952B when making your reservation. The Queen s Coronation took place on 2 June 1953 following her accession to the throne on 6th February We will mark this celebration by offering the second night of a two night stay at 19.52! This offer is applicable to guests who dine in the Main Hall on the Sunday and in 1620 Bistro on the Monday. 6 Cookery Demonstrations for 2012 Head Chef, Michael Cheetham will be continuing with his popular cookery master classes focussing on the produce obtained from our superb local suppliers, and we are pleased to confirm the following dates:

7 Garden Tour of Bodysgallen s Kitchen Garden and Taste Saturday 11th August, Following a guided tour by Robert Owen, Head Gardener, fresh produce from the garden will be prepared for a creative menu. Bob Jones of Caernarfon, Saturday 1st September, The present owner is the 5th generation of butchers. They have bred and nurtured their cattle over the last century and pride themselves on producing best quality meat. Included in the above is morning coffee served on arrival at 11.00am prompt, followed by the demonstration in our Wynn Rooms at 11.15am prompt. Aberdaron Seafood Saturday 13th October, Around a quarter of the coastline in the Llyn Peninsula is owned by the National Trust, and it is here that Steve Harrison and Idwal Moore have been fishing for over 20 years. In 2007 they decided, along with Steve s wife Natalie, to set up Aberdaron Seafood. Their dressed brown crab was the overall winner in the National Trust Fine Farm Produce Awards Afterwards, enjoy a glass of champagne and a two-course luncheon in the South Dining Room of the main hotel. Our special rate for an overnight stay following our Luncheon Oakwood Park Pork Saturday 10th November, Oakwood Park Farm, Conwy has been producing free range pork since 1995, supplying many top restaurants, hotels and the public. All of their pork is home bred, born and reared free range outdoors on the farm using traditional breeds such as Oxford Sandy and Blacks, Middle whites, Large Whites and Gloucester Old Spots. We are pleased to announce the dates of four separate themed Garden Tours/ Lectures hosted by Robert Owen, which will give you an insight into the restoration and on-going work that takes place in the gardens of Bodysgallen Hall.
