1 Personal Environments Sales Resource Manual ing Guides Section Technical Bulletin Issue Date 1297 Personal Environments ing Guide Personal Environments - ing Guide Components The flowchart and tables that follow are designed to assist you in the process of ordering Personal Environment systems. The first step is to determine whether the customers needs will best be met by Supplied Air or by Circulated Air systems. In some instances, a combination of Supplied and Circulated Air systems may be the optimal solution to filling customer requirements. Each Personal Environments system (either Supplied Air or Circulated Air) must have the following components: Fan and Electronics Unit (FEU) (N2 networked or non-networked) User Control Unit (UCU) available in three colors and two utility rail options s (two for each system) available in three colors Under Desk Duct Kit (four kits available) The following items are optional: Radiant Heat Panel Task Light Interface - one On/Off task light - one dimmable or On/Off task light (task light jumper must be used) The following item is an accessory for the Supplied Air system s supplied air connection if a 24 inch flexible duct section is not long enough: Supplied Air Duct, 48 inch flexible duct section 1997 Johnson Controls, Inc. 1 Code. 5 Supplied Air System - Required Components te: The B appended to the Personal Environments product code means the product can be ordered in bulk quantities. The specific number of items is declared in the product code description. For example, Bulk 2 means that when the product is ordered, exactly 2 items will be in the bulk package.
