For our design-build projects, we do the fire alarm layouts per minimum code and send the plans to the client with a complete part and smarts price. Prince Kuhio Plaza is the largest enclosed mall in Hawaii (Big Island). Prince Kūhiō Plaza is owned and operated by General Growth Properties. Prince Kūhiō Plaza was envisioned as a fully enclosed regional shopping center with a total of 510,381 square feet of retail space. Plans called for three anchor spaces of 55,000 to 60,000 square feet (5,600 m2) each, plus an additional 240,000 square feet (22,000 m2) of retail space for a total of 420,000 square feet (39,000 m2) of leasable area. SEG s scope of work included replacement of the existing wireless emergency call system with a new wireless emergency call system. Mr. Ho also completed the new installation of their fire alarm systems at his previous employer Date Street Apartment, Honolulu, Hawaii Replace Fire Alarm Systems 25-stories with 168 units SEG was a fire alarm design-build contractor contracted by a local property management company. SEG s scope of work included replacing the old fire alarm system with a new fire alarm addressable system with emergency voice communication system.
