This includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to install, complete and make operational, electrical and process instrumentation system to include the following at the Arch Street and College Station Pump Stations. College Station: New 400-amp electrical service (1) New main electrical panel (1) Triples Pump Control Panel New radio antenna pole Remove of existing Scada antenna pole (1) Electrical equipment rack (1) PLC Scada control panel Grounding of electrical equipment and antenna rack (3) Pressure switches (3) Temperature switches Level Indicator Arch Street: New 4000-amp electrical service (1) 4000-amp service entrance rated automatic transfer switch (1) 4000-amp main switchboard (5) 350-H.P. variable frequency drives (1) PLC Scada control panel Installation of 1780-KW emergency generator Grounding of entire pump station, emergency generator, and radio antenna Lightning Protection System Lightning onside the new electrical building Removal of (8) radio antennas from various sites through out Little Rock. 4 Little Rock Peak Flow Pump Station-Contract II KECI Little Rock, Arkansas Pulaski County, AR Little Rock Waste Water 11 Cedar Water Drive Little Rock, Arkansas General Contractor: Max Foote Construction 3300 Shed Road Bossier City, LA Danny Russell Ph Fx Architect / Engineer: Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. 500 President Clinton Ave, Suite 10 Little Rock, Arkansas Rick Barger Project Start Date: August 2007 Estimated Completion Date: October 2008 Contract Amount: $1,050, Koontz Electric has been awarded the electrical and instrumentation construction from Max Foote Construction for the construction of a new Peak Flow Pump Station, and construction of 30MG two-cell Equalization Facility with Grit Removal and Chemical Facility for Little Rock Waste Water. This project is one of the largest that Little Rock will undertake over the next few years amid a multimillion-dollar plan to improve the city s sewer system and reduce overflow. The project includes a 20-million gallon and a 10-million gallon concrete basin. It will sit on 10 acres in southwest Little Rock in an industrial area off Scott Hamilton Drive. This project also includes work at a second site where a pump station will be built near 35th street and Mabelvale Pike to lift the water to the basins. Koontz Electric s features of work include: (22) Pole mounted light fixtures Grounding systems Installation of instrumentations devices (3) man holes for underground duct banks (1) motor control center (4) electrical panels (1) 250-KW stand-by emergency generator Installation of light fixtures, wiring devices, etc for the construction of a new diversion valve vault Installation of light fixtures, wiring devices, etc for the construction of a new peak flow pump station.

Consulting Engineers Little Rock, AR Vernon Williams Ph Original Subcontract Amount: $1,046, Finalized Subcontract Amount: $1,112, Contract Award Date: September 2006 Contract Completion Date: October 2008 This project consist of the construction of a new six million gallons per day average daily flow wastewater treatment facility at the location of the existing treatment facility with a design peak flow of 16.4 MGD. Potions of the planner facility will be constructed in reclaimed portions of the existing sludge lagoon. The new WWTP will consist of the following components: Influent submersible pumping station and 20 diameter force main Headworks facility with screening equipment. Orbal oxidation basin w/ disk aerators & Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) motors. 2 Final Clarifiers Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) Return Activated Sludge (RAS) submersible pumping station. Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection and post aeration. Electrical Building. Earthwork, piping, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and reinforced concrete. The electrical construction of this facility, consist of the following features of work: Installation of (1) new switchboard. Installation of (1) new motor control centers. Installation of (9) new electrical panelboards. Installation of (4) new electrical transformers. Installation of (3) lighting contactors. Installation of (58) new light fixtures. Installation of new ground grid system. Installation of new underground duct banks. Installation of (1) new 600 KW emergency generator. Relocation of existing emergency generator.

Roy Thompson 2150 General Pershing St. Mandeville, LA Ph Fx Contract Award Date: October 2005 Initial / Final Contract Amount: $6,234,702 Estimated Contract Completion Date: July 2007 Hurricane rehabilitation project for Gulf Coast Regional Wastewater Authority, now named Jackson County Utility Authority. Mobilized (1) month after landfall and manned for (7) days a week for (14) months. Work included the repair of (4) wastewater plants and (17) pump stations. Scope of work included furnishing and installation at the various site locations of - generators, switchgear, lighting panels, power panels, variable frequency drives, controls panels, annunciator panels, lightning protection, lighting, autodialers, recorders, floats, and level transmitters. In addition, new raceways were added and all new wire was pulled to all of the new and existing equipment. Work also included keeping the plants operational during the length of the job while installing new equipment with minimum outages (lasting no longer than (4) hours). Actual Completion Date: July 2007

Little Rock, AR Ph Fx Project Manager/Engineering: Garver Engineers Bruce Brown 1010 Battery St. Little Rock, AR Ph Fx Contract Award / Completion Date: August 2005 / October 2007 Original / Final Contract Amount: $3,385,583 / $3,709,955 Koontz Electric is the prime contractor to upgrade the Central Arkansas Water Wilson Water Treatment plant electrical infrastructure, and provide emergency backup generators to provide the families of Little Rock and North Little Rock with a reliable water system. Major feature of work related to this project are: feet wide x 72 feet long control building with 19 sections of medium voltage switchgear, DC batteries, battery charger, low voltage panels, light, receptacles, and misc. items. 2. (2) 1600 KW 2400-volt emergency generators with outdoor enclosures, and generator controls. Weight approx. 100,000 lbs. 3. Installation of approximately 1,750 feet of under ground duct bank to include the installation of required medium voltage cabling. 4. Installation of (3) new man holes for the duct bank system. 5. Grounding of the transformers, control building, and emergency generators. 6. Installation of fiber optic cable from control building to plant network, and required network equipment. 7. New base course driveway. 8. New concrete retaining wall. 9. Transformer foundation. 10. Control building foundation. 11. Emergency generators foundation. 12. Exterior brick wall around control building. 13. Demolition of existing service entrance conductors, and other misc. plant feeders. 14. Demolition of existing electrical substation, currently feeding the Wilson Plant. 15. Sodding of the construction area. 16. Accomplish all demolition and new circuit connections while maintaining operation of Central Arkansas most critical treatment plant. Theplant has a rated capacity of 150 millions gallons per day (MGD).
