2 IXONIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Ixonia Elementary is getting ready for the start of the new school year! Interior cleaning and classroom setup are underway and installation of the temporary main entrance and ramp are complete. The footings and poured walls for the new addition will be completed this week, then structural steel delivery will begin. The new addition will start to take shape as the steel work begins in early September. A time-lapse camera has been installed to view still photos of the construction progress at Ixonia Elementary. 3 GREENLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Greenland Elementary is getting ready for the start of the new school year! Classroom cleaning and setup is complete while final cleaning is underway in the corridors. The new cooling system will be complete next week and ready for the last few weeks of summer weather. Work on the new boiler will continue in the month of September, for the system to be operational before the weather turns cold. 5 MEADOW VIEW ELEMENTARY The OASD School Board approved initial schematic designs for the new Meadow View Elementary School at their June 20, 2017, meeting, then reviewed this initial exterior schematic design at their July 18, 2017 meeting. The design development and construction document phases of the project will continue through the spring of 2018 before public bidding and construction begin. SCHEMATIC DESIGNS PRESENTED TO OASD SCHOOL BOARD June 20, 2017 & July 18, 2017 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & DOCUMENTS July 2017-March 2018 BIDDING OPEN March 2018 BEGINS April 2018 GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY May 2018 COMPLETE August 2019 August 2019 In early July, the archeologist s report from the Commonwealth Heritage Group was submitted to, and accepted by, the Wisconsin Historical Society. The Commonwealth Heritage Group also forwarded the approval to the DNR, and the NE Corridor project received its Notice of Intent permit from the DNR. The City of Oconomowoc began work at the site this week and initial paving is set to be completed in early November, 2017.

6 OHS: MAIN & EAST CAMPUS The OASD School Board approved initial schematic designs for the OHS Main and East Campus projects at their July 18, 2017, meeting. The presentation included designs like these, for the café/gathering space at OHS East Campus. The design development and construction document phases will continue through the fall before public bidding and construction begin in December 2017/January OHS MAIN CAMPUS & OHS EAST CAMPUS INSTRUCTIONAL SPACE PROJECT VISIONING BEGAN April 2017 DESIGN PHASE May-November 2017 PUBLIC BIDDING PHASE December 2017 BEGINS December 2017/ January 2018 COMPLETE August 2018 September 2018
