The meeting was opened at 7:00 P.M. with the Pledge ofallegiance. Roll call: Mr. McGee, Mr. Beamer, Mr. Donnellon, Fiscal Officer, Mr. Campbell, Administrator, Mr. Duckworth., Assistant Administrator/Zoning Director, Cory Wright, Service Director, Matt Taylor, ChiefZinser, and ChiefDeimling. Mr. Donnellon made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 10,2009, regular meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Beamer. Mr. Donnellan - yea: Mr. Beamer - yea: Mr. McGee - yea. Woe Is Me Food Service, doing business as Woe is Me, 960 Kennedys Landing #1, Union Township, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45245, has applied for a liquor permit; there are no objections from the Union Township Police Department. ChiefDeimling presented his bi-monthly report to the Trustees. ChiefZinser presented his bi-monthly report to the Trustees. Mr. McGee commended Mr. Taylor and his group for doing the clean up process and Lt. Madsen for the good work on communications. Mr. Beamer congratulated and thanked members ofthe Police Department collectively for the work with the communications department for the first round. Mr. Taylor presented his bi-monthly report to the Trustees. Mr. Beamer asked about the projected list ofroad improvements for Mr. Donnellon asked about the 10 year plan ofroad improvements. Mr. Wright presented his bi-monthly report to the Trustees. Mr. Duckworth presented his bi-monthly report to the Trustees. Mr. Beamer made a motion to pay the outstanding bills. Motion seconded by Mr. Donnellon. Beamer - yea: Mr. Donnellon - yea: Mr. McGee - yea. Mr. Mr. Donnellon made a motion to accept the Monthly Financial report. Motion seconded by Mr. Beamer. Mr. Donnellon - yea: Mr. Beamer - yea: Mr. McGee - yea. Mr. Donnellon made motion to approve the purchase orders presented by Mr. Duckworth. Motion was seconded by Mr. Beamer. Mr. Donnellon made a motion to appoint Mr. Duckworth and Mr. McGee to serve on the Clermont County Tax Incentive Review Council which will meet on December 2,2009. Motion was seconded by Mr. Beamer. Mr. Donnellon - yea: Mr. Beamer - yea: Mr. McGee - yea. Mr. Donnellon made a motion to reappoint Mr. McGee to serve on the OKI Board ofdirectors and to appoint Mr. Wright as an alternative.
