Visitors could choose exactly according to their preferences. It was possible to see modern, design, stylish or colonial furniture. The accompanying program was also very interesting. On the first day journalists could attend the traditional press conference of the Association of Czech Furniture Manufacturers, at which its representatives revealed current numbers from the sector. For the entire period it was possible to see, in the Entrance Hall II, a show of architects from the de.fakto atelier, who were designing three selected interiors in a live transmission. The yield from the event, whose first part took place at the FOR ARCH Trade Fair, is intended for the charity project entitled School for Myanmar. The total amount collected was CZK 158,777. A great interest was concentrated also on the seminar of the Interior Design Institute, which presented the latest global trends in interiors. One of the most important firms, which presented its products and services in the trade fair area after a long break this year again, was MOBAX focused mainly on kitchen accessories and tableware.

The Exhibition Hall no. 1 served for presentation of many leading firms, whether Czech manufacturers or direct importers, the range of the offer was extended also by small firms presenting handcraft production or suggesting absolutely original ideas of how to make one s own apartment or house nicer. The dominating sectors of the trade fair were floristics, tableware and kitchen accessories and home furnishing fabrics, as well as Christmas decorations and candles. The section of gift articles served for inspiration for choice of gifts and complemented the pre-christmas offer in a suitable way. One of the most important firms, which presented its products and services in the trade fair area after a long break this year again, was MOBAX focused mainly on kitchen accessories and tableware. Its large exhibition stand presented many luxurious foreign brands and design products. Attention to this sector was paid also by other leading exhibitors with their representative expositions. Let us name for example such firms as CEDR GROUP, IN-SPIRACE, JANNAI or LUIS. The pre-christmas offer was enriched by famous firms operating in the sector of candles, namely LIMA and Z-TRADE or by the prestigious manufacturer of Christmas decorations GLASSOR. A really grand exposition was prepared by the new foreign exhibitor, Poland-based firm RM WARBET, focused on the sector of floristics. The beautiful stand presented colorful flower compositions of the highest professional level.

7 ACCOMPANYING EXHIBITION PRAGUE PATCHWORK MEETING The popular traveling exhibition of textile techniques PRAGUE PATCHWORK MEETING is a traditional part of the FOR DECOR & PRESENT Trade Fair every year and through its participation it originally enriches the overall offer of the event. This year was characterized in this gallery of contemporaneous tapestries by presentation of the Art Quilt Harbor topic which was presented by seven Czech authoresses. Both the professional and widest public could find there interesting inspiration of how to make an interior special or how to improve the appearance of social premises, by combining modern design with an original mural tapestry. At the trade fair, the authoresses of the ART QUILT HARBOR Association offered the first part of their premium collection made from the unwoven material EVOLON, color-designed always in two tones, which were assigned to each authoress by drawing lots. The technique and structure of the surface was not specified. The second part, in an opposite color ratio, should be completed by the end of November 2015, the third part of the color triptych should be finished by the end of March 2016 for the worldwide first presentation of the entire complete set at the 10th PPM on April 1-3, Then this collection will be exhibited at leading textile trade fairs abroad. PRAGUE PATCHWORK MEETING is a continual artistic experience, whose unusual beauty can be seen on a regular basis just at the trade fair for decorations in Prague Letňany. AUTOGRAPH SIGNING EVENT OF HANKA KŘÍŽKOVÁ Within the framework of the MOBAX exposition in the Exhibition Hall no. 1 it was possible to attend the ceremonial autograph signing event of HANKA KŘÍŽKOVÁ, who presented her new book dedicated to culinary arts, which can be suitably complemented by using the right kitchen accessories.

Although these two components mutually complement each other from the viewpoint of their sectoral focus, we respect their specifics and the exhibiting firms will present their products and services in separated zones also next year.

The second place belonged to Pavel Buchwaldek Chef of the Zlatá Praha Restaurant in Hotel InterContinental, and the third place was occupied by Přemysl Douša - Chef of the Potrefená Husa Restaurant, Albertov, Prague. GASTRO TOUR / T&M Creative s.r.o. Within the framework of a dedicated program zone in HALL 7, current trends of professional gastronomy and hotel sector were presented by way of chef and confectioner presentations, organized tasting events, seminars, workshops and competitions.
