9 About the Builder A third generation builder with nearly 40 years experience, Michael Cutler is responsible for some of the most beautiful new homes on the Main Line. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Joseph, and father, Victor, he s a true perfectionist who insists on being involved with every aspect of his homes construction. Unlike many other builders, he personally manages every project, dealing with subcontractors and spending hours on site.
