2 B-2 REQUIREMENTS: 1. A canopy is required. 2. For new construction, canopy height is required to be. For station conversions, is recommended; however, alternatives can be considered on a case by case basis. 3. Additional signage on canopies is not permitted. 4. Three of the four sides of the canopy must display the Liberty blue panel with lighted channel lettering and the red wave striping. The fourth side of the canopy must display a blue panel in red wave striping. GRAPHIC ELEMENTS OF THE CANOPY The Liberty Blue Panel 1. The blue panels containing the Liberty logo are to be left justified on the canopy fascia. 2. The overall canopy length per side determines the length of the blue: - Canopy length less than 44'-0" Blue panel is 10'-0" long - Canopy length between 44'-0" and 69'-11" Blue panel is 16'-0" long - Canopy length 70'-0" or greater Blue panel is 20'-0" long 3. The Liberty logo is centered left to right, and the L is centered top to bottom, within the blue panel. The White Vertical Stripe 1. A 4" white vertical stripe separates the blue panel and the red wave striping (Fig. B-1). (Fig. B-1) A 4" wide, white vertical stripe separates the red striping from the blue panel. Red Wave Striping 1. Liberty red wave striping is a unique wave pattern and must be installed from left to right and with the top side up. When properly placed, a short red stripe will be present in the upper left corner immediately to the right of the white vertical stripe (Fig. B-2). (Fig. B-2) When the red striping is properly placed, this short red stripe is in the upper left corner, immediately to the right of the white vertical stripe. 4 B-4 RADIUS CORNER CANOPY 1. Blue panels are always left justified on the canopy fascia at the point where the radius ends. Centering of the Liberty name occurs within this blue panel. 45 o BLUE RED & WHITE STRIPE 2. The radius corner image is independent of the blue panel with the left half a continuation of the red and white stripe pattern and the right half solid blue (see drawing to the right).
