2 Property Location 1. Property is located at 100 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, Florida. 2. Construction offices will be located at 65 Alhambra Plaza, Coral Gables, Florida. 3. Construction parking will be in the adjacent parking garage. 4. All major material deliveries will be scheduled for on-time delivery to eliminate materials stored on site. 5. Construction entrances/exits will be installed at Gates 1-5. Entrances/exits will be the same width as the gates and install with Class 5 gravel at each gate. 6. Right-of-way and sidewalks will be kept clear of all debris, loose sand and rock on a daily basis. Street lighting will be protected or relocated. 18 1. Trees will be protected as indicated above. A Tree Permit will be submitted to the Public Services Division for the protection, modification or removal of any trees on site and/or in the right-of-way. For trees that are to be protected on both public and private property, tree barriers will be installed at four (4) feet high and a minimum six (6) feet from the tree, using two (2) inch by four (4) inch wood stakes as supports, with a two (2) foot setback from edge of curb or pavement.
