Our organization has proposed and implemented an internal evaluation system, doubled by an external evaluation of our own performance, by formalizing the feedback received from our clients with whom we have the pleasure of working. 7 In the field of consulting, our company has facilitated the access to funds available for public authorities and private entrepreneurs from the International Financial Institutions the EU (through the PHARE, ISPA and Structural Funds), the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank through the design of projects and funding applications, according to the aforementioned institutions.

20 (5.2) - airport The winning partnership must handle, in a first stage, various documentation for the urbanism certificate, obtain all investment-related permits or the works permit. On the objective list, there is the supply of a risk study for the execution of works under air traffic. In the second stage, the advisors must offer technical assistance during the execution of works and during the guarantee period. The contract is funded by the county budget. Bacau County Council awarded to a Romanian-Italian partnership a contract of 1.7 mil lei ( euro), with VAT, for design services for the works to an investment meant to improve the loading capacity and modernize the landing runway and movement areas in the International Airport George Enescu Bacău. The airport from Bacau processes around 300,000 passengers a year. The contract was awarded following an open tender to the partnership between Specialist Consulting SRL and 3 TI Progetti Italia - Ingegneria Integrata Initially estimated to 4.8 mil lei, the services were awarded for 1.4 mil lei, without VAT. The contracting authority received 5 offers for this project, but only 2 were admitted in the end.
